These resistance bands are just what I needed to add to my exercise program. With 3 different strengths I can work my way up or use 2 at a time to build more muscle. The handles are very comfortable, and I love the pastel colors. Gaiam products are so well made. So happy I chose this product.

There are only a few exercise that I could perform with these.

I bought this for my sister for Christmas and she loves it.

So far the cords are exactly as described and holding up well to normal use. They have a plastic clip that is used to remove/add bands; not sure how well this will hold up to long term use, but for the price they are good enough

Clips look to be cheaply made. We will see how long it takes to break.

I love this band set, the option of using one, two or all three of them brings the workout to a whole new level. I highly recommend m!!
