Excellent, portable strength aid. I bought this to use in conjunction with physical therapy for a torn rotator cuff. I can keep it in a desk drawer at work and attach it to the door when it's time to do my exercises. The handles and tube appear to be of high quality and there's enough heft to them to make me think I'll be using this for many years.

Great ! I got these in all the resistance levels cause the handles make these a pleasure to use. No slippage or not tightness from the loops. These have nice padded handles. Great product and the resistance is as advertised.
