I was seeking a mini-refrigerator for wine, beer and soft drinks. I expressly did not want a freezer compartment. The mini-refrigerator was a replacement for a previous Kenmore dorm mini-refrigerator that lasted 10 years before the compressor failed. Pros for the Galanz: attractive art-deco design, quiet, energy efficient, holds low temperature settings, automatic interior light, glass shelves that lock in place, easy to adjust for level, plastic vegetable bin on bottom level can hold perishables if you’re looking for something other than a beverage refrigerator. Cons: vertical spacing of interior shelves primarily designed to hold upright soft drink and beer cans, storage for six-packs limited to bottom interior shelf, the middle interior shelf accommodates five horizontally-stored wine bottles, the three narrow door shelves only hold beer or soft drink cans (no wide lower shelf for upright wine bottles or quart-sized beverage mixes), temperature dial is difficult to read without additional light due to low contrast between dial and numerals. Bottom line: Not the perfect wine, beer and soft drink mini-refrigerator, but looks good, does most of what I wanted, and the price was reasonable.

Package arrived safely and on time. Assembly of door handle was simple and easy. After several hours, turned on and cool temp continued as it's supposed to be. Fully satisfied with quality and price.

Love this mini frige, good enough to hold party beverage , fruits and snacks. Looking modern. Can't really hear an noise from the fridge, it's breathing like a fish. The only thing that I am not satisfied was it opened box with danned on the left side of the fridge.

The first refrigerator was defective. Best Buy immediately arranged for a replacement and the pick-up of the defective unit. The color and style of the refrigerator is every bit as eye-catching as the pictures indicate. It receives many compliments. We have the thermostat setting on 5 (of 7) and the beverages inside are ice cold. Very happy with the purchase and service.

Excellent small fridge for drinks. Quiet. Superb retro look. Could do with clearer instructions on fitting guard at rear.

We use this refrigerator in our garage to store pop, beer and bottled water. We were looking to replace our older refrigerator that was not working right but we did not want a freezer in it. For what we use the refrigerator for the freezer is useless. When we saw this on the Best Buy Website both my husband and I agreed to get this one. The red is very decorative and it works great and keeps the drinks cold. You could use it for a dorm room if all you want is the refrigerator.

This Galanz works well for all my beverages at home, in the main fridge I hardly have any liquids thanks to this awesome fridge. It looks very cool and it really is very spacious on the inside.

Came dented and only received a 10% discount but it was too big to get boxed back up and picked up. Otherwise we like it okay. To get the soda cold, the back freezes. Cans fall out of the door shelves when you open the door.

Love the style and the storage. I would recommend this refrigerator.
