I purchased this from another retailer and it broke after 14 months. The air fryer/convection/toast settings all failed and Galanz would not work with me to replace the part or offer a fix. It is now beginning to arc during microwave feature and I’m worried it will catch fire.

This thing is a stone cold trip and the dial action is tight. People will come over to your place and will be all like, “Whoa, yo, what is this thing?! Is it like a time machine or something?!?” because it does look mysterious. It does do everything it says it does and does it all very well…except tell time. I don’t know what is up with the clock but it’s like the least accurate thing you can imagine. What is up with the clock??? You set it and like three weeks later it’s running two hours fast. Seriously. Maybe it is a time machine. I wish it get us out of COVID time. Seriously.

I know it is harsh, and it is over a somewhat silly thing, but the clock is super fast and you can't turn it off. I sent it back the day I got it and they returned a faulty unit. The. They sent another and the clock was fast. It's a known issue. Wouldn't reaycare except it's the clock I use in kitchen. They are responding, very slowly.

Love this, it does everything.. I was able to get rid of my toaster and my microwave and my convection oven
