My second golf GPS, I had a sono caddie for 4 years, which worked pretty well, but kept running into courses which weren't loaded in the unit or the front nine would be OK but not the back. This GPS with 30,000 courses, I'm hoping won't have thone problems. Has performed well thus far, accuracy seems good. I like the club suggestion features as well as the pin pointer, a couple of the features that weren't available on less expensive models. With the lifetime updates , I'm anticipating getting many years of use out of this.

Took the Garmin g8 with me to the golf course and was very pleased with how accurate this product is in measuring distance.Wow,I was impressed and so it also tells me which club is best customized to my ability for each hole. This GPS is loaded with features to help the average golfer lower their score.Worth the price!

Seems to work pretty good as far as a GPS goes but the pin pointer feature is off by a good bit at my home course. I have went thru the calibration several times with no luck. I don't really understand how the distance from the hole is correct but the pin pointer says the hole is way off to the side. Other then that it seems to be a sturdy device.

Love it. I suck at Golf but need all the help I can get. I typically have it show Front, Middle and Back distances on my home course, but when playing other courses I use the map view. I am starting to also measure/enter distances to get club recommendations. Well worth the money.

I tried app based GPS's for golf but it drained my phone or Apple Watches battery too fast. This lasted two rounds without having to recharge and gave accurate distances even with elevations included. Recommend

I have basically replaced my LOS range finder and it is very accurate and extremely easy to use. I would recommend it for any golfer that knows how far they hit their clubs as this gets you what you need to know.

This little GPS unit gives accurate yardages which is what really matters. My one complaint is that when I put the unit in my pocket during a round, it always tags a spot and makes it so that I have to clear that spot to get quick yardages. Other than that everything is great. Works very well as a pushcart GPS since the pocket is no longer an issue.

One of the best range finer I owned. I had two others and this is by far the best. Could have left the texting part off but, overall very handy.

First time I had it on it was on a course many miles away. Then when it found me after shutting it down it found me a few holes away. Sometimes the screen would partially open. Took it back.
