Customer Ratings & Reviews

This watch is great not only better for golf but as a smartwatch as well. I had the S60 B4 this it was great but this went to a whole new level. Since I had the S60 previously the virtual caddy was working on my first round. And maybe it’s just me but this watch knows my game much better than I do after the first couple suggestions I was this things is wrong and just hit what I normally would but then decided to just trust it and I’m glad I did. So if this is your first Garmin that keeps your club stats just give it time to learn about you. I was blown away when I hit the suggested clubs and shoot a very good round in a course I’ve never played

It does everything as expected. I love all the golf features as well as the health awareness apps. The watch does so much. Haven’t even began to touch the surface of what it actually the watch will do. Battery life is excellent. No regrets buying it.

Great screen and I love the accuracy. It was a bit tough to figure out how to use it for all of its feature, but after a few YouTube videos, I was squared away. I can't believe the clarity on the screen, and battery life is amazing.

I’m a senior and I play a lot of Golf, this is my second galaxy watch, the first won had a burn mark on the face that would not go a way, this s70 works great, the problem is when there is 2 golf holes close together it gets a mistake. And the Battery life is 36 wholes, if there is slow play you may be in a little trouble.

I previously gave the S70 four stars as I was having a problem with it going into sleep mode. I finally figured it was doing because the sleep mode was set to 6:30 pm not am. Great display. Works well for walking, running as well as golf. It is so easy to use and I found it easy to add watch faces from the App Store. I really love the bright display and the looks of the watch. I have the 47mm size and it is perfect for my small wrist. Also love the much longer battery life compared to the S62. I had my S62 for a couple of years and it was really good, but the S70 is so much better in terms of battery life, display, and the c type connector.

I play a lot of golf but also wanted everday watch that kept tracks of steps, heart rate and sleep. This fits the bill perfectly. Love it for golf, bright screen, easy to use, convenient. Love it as a watch with many face options and battery life that smokes all others. I wish i had purchased sooner

This is an excellent golf watch. I have used it for 4 rounds, very fast, easy to use and color is fantastic. The adjusted yardage is extremely helpful. All the other capabilities (sleep, heart rate and stress levels) are a benefit

My Fitbit battery wasn't holding a good charge anymore and I looked into a bunch of options, since Google took over Fitbit and changed a bunch of things. I like everything about the Apple Watch (I've owned one) except the terrible battery life. Another bonus, I enjoy golf and regularly play during the summer. This watch has exceed expectations in almost every way. Battery lasts approx 2 weeks without any golf rounds. And you can get 4-5 days of golf rounds in a single charge as well. Sleep, steps, and other metrics are seemingly accurate as well.

This watch is great for both golf and fitness tracking. The golf features include lots of golf courses loaded, golf features such as hole distance, distance to the pin, swing speed tracking, and scorekeeping. The watch also has many fitness features such as steps taken, heart rate, cycling, workouts, and hiking. I also love how I can add different watch faces and other apps for the watch using the Garmin IQ connect app on my phone. Great screen size also. I highly recommend this watch!

I am a casual golfer, and this was a great addition to my golf tech. But I was mostly looking for a replacement to my Apple Watch for overall smartwatch use throughout the day. Let me tell you, the battery life is amazing! Being able to go more than a week between charges is life changing. I cannot recommend a better smartwatch and the focus on golf features is a bonus. I did end up returning the 42mm to go for the larger 47mm, just because I like the larger look/feel. Well worth every penny spent on it.

Big fan of this watch, the different options for golf are amazing. It start with the tempo training mode and then offering a caddie mode that learns your ranges is great. Not to mention all the other smart watch stuff you get.

My dad loves the watch! I got it for his birthday gift since he’s been golfing a lot more since he’s been retired. Very sharp looking

I’ve only got to play 2 rounds with it but it’s nice having all the information you need, right on your wrist. Can’t wait for the weather to get better to get enough rounds in to get to use the carry option.

Here’s an awesome, polished review you can post. I’ll keep it upbeat and natural: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I purchased the Garmin Approach S70 golf GPS from Best Buy and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The delivery was incredibly fast, even quicker than expected. Best Buy also had a very competitive price, making it an easy decision to buy from them. Their selection of products is excellent, and finding exactly what I wanted was simple. The mobile app made the entire purchasing process smooth and convenient, from browsing to checkout. Overall, a fantastic buying experience—I’ll definitely continue shopping at Best Buy for my tech needs.

I am taking the benefits from eat both during mu golf rounds and my health checks

This watch is a must have for golfers. A little overpriced but worth it!

Upgraded from s42 great course selection clearer view due to bigger screen

Great not only watch, great tool that might help you improve your golfing experience with its amazing and accurate app

[Employee of bestbuy] Initially it only prompted for the club used on larger clubs. It would miss when I used a wedge or iron. Once I put the watch on my leading wrist it is recognizing every shot except for putts. There's really no need to buy the C10 sensors unless you get tired of having to choose the club when prompted. Great product, especially when you use all the online web site features that come with it.

Great in all aspects, minus the wrist band which can be replaced. Would recommend
