I highly recommend this timepiece, particularly for its exceptional battery life. It eliminates the need for frequent charging, making it an ideal choice for outdoor enthusiasts who require reliability during extended activities such as camping without the concern of power depletion. Furthermore, the device is lightweight, waterproof, and features integrated illumination. With its versatile functionality tailored to various sports and recreational interests, this product offers significant value. Additionally, there is a wide variety of watch bands available to suit your personal style or the occasion for which you are using it.

Absolutely love this watch! I previously use the Apple Watch Ultras. My main annoyance with the Apple Watches were the touch controls not always working properly. The buttons on the Garmin make it more simpler to control. The touch isn’t as “smooth” looking as the Apple Watch, but the buttons come in handy. I also like the charge lasts over a week. Of all the electronics I’ve purchased, this is definitely one of my favorites.

The watch is absolutely great. I was a bit skeptical about spending so much on a watch but after using it and going a week without charging it and tracking all my runs and cycling workouts it was worth every penny !

I’ve been with Polar for the last 18+ years I truly love the watches… BUT i always wanted a Garmin watch, Well, finally did it and let me tell you I I’m love with this watch! Amazing in every aspect, battery life, display, apps, design!. I’m still learning this watch be cause it has a lot a features! It was expensive but honestly I think it’s worth it. It took me 1-2 days to get used to the size and weight be cuz I have the 51mm. But now everything is good =D. My only complain is the SOS is not free… I’m hoping they will change that.. I understand the phone subscription, but SOS needs to be free. Other than that AMAZING watch!

If you are tired of fragile smartwatches that you have to baby or charge every single night, this 51mm model is a total game-changer. It is built like an absolute tank, the screen is massive and highly visible, and the battery life is measured in weeks, not hours. It is definitely a premium investment, but if you want a rugged, heavy-duty tool that can handle daily abuse without flinching, it is worth every penny.

Great watch, premium feel and function. Love it. Tons of free and cheap watch faces, makes it even more fun to wear. 51mm is big enough for my wrist.

I expected much more from this product considering the high price tag. It feels like I overpaid for what it actually delivers. Not fully satisfied.

Watch has so many features i havent been able to use all of them for having the watch for a few weeks already. Battery life lasts a long time more than my Samsung. This has more power and is alot brighter. The band is slightly uncomfortable, so make sure you buy a pack of the silicone or velcro straps

I've had this watch for over 6 months now and I was really wondering how It would hold up...So far its great! the bezel gets scratches from everyday use. I'm a Mechanic and don't treat this thing as well as I should. The Saphire screen is practically bulletproof. This watch does an amazing amount of things. Just like any new leap in tech, I cant imagine not having this watch on me every day. I can justify the cost because it has all the health monitoring, Exercise activities. Plus dive Computer! Which works better than any other non air integrated computers that I have used. It has the In-Reach features for emergency response. It has detailed maps for GPS use and tracking. All Those things wrapped into one piece of tech that fits on my wrist justifies the high price. The battery lasts about a week and a half with normal use. If you use the GPS and other power hungry features its a little less...but still Excellent. My favorite functions are the Dive computer, the Altimeter, and to answer phone calls and talk via the watch, The Flashlight is surprisingly useful as well. Negatives: bezel scratches easily, but the screen doesn't have a single scratch You really have to learn how to use this watch to get the features to work exactly how you would expect. it takes a little while to get everything set up. but with a feature dense piece of tech like this its totally expected. I would definitely buy this again.

The Garmin Fenix 8 Pro is a powerhouse for serious adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts, offering a near-indestructible build with dive-ready water resistance. One of the most striking features is the bright AMOLED display, which remains legible even in direct sunlight, providing clear visuals for its top-tier mapping functionalities. Battery life remains outstanding, lasting for weeks on a single charge, which is essential for extended backcountry endeavors. The device also introduces satellite messaging and cellular connectivity, providing an on-body communication redundancy for emergencies, though it functions best for critical messaging rather than fluid, conversational texting. Ultimately, it stands out as the ultimate watch for adventure enthusiasts, combining elite performance tracking with the resilience required for the toughest environments.

Garmin fēnix 8 Pro: Much More Than a Watch When I first received the Garmin fēnix 8 Pro, my first thought was simple: this is not just a smartwatch. From the moment you hold it, you can feel that it was built to be more than an everyday accessory. It feels rugged, premium, and ready to go wherever you go. After spending time using it and exploring its features, what impressed me most wasn’t one specific function, but how everything works together. Design and Build The fēnix 8 Pro feels extremely well built. It’s solid, durable, and designed for people who aren’t afraid to take their watch outdoors. It’s not small or delicate, and I actually like that. It feels like a piece of equipment rather than something I have to constantly protect. The materials, water resistance, and rugged construction give me confidence when I’m working out, outdoors, traveling, or simply going through a busy day. The Display The AMOLED display is one of my favorite parts of the watch. The colors are bright and vibrant, the text is sharp, and maps and graphics look fantastic. Whether I’m checking a notification, looking at workout data, or following a route, everything is easy to see. Garmin’s MicroLED version takes display technology even further, but for me, the AMOLED model offers a better balance between an incredible display and battery life. Battery Life Battery life is another area where Garmin really stands out. I don’t like having to charge a smartwatch every night, and the fēnix 8 Pro gives me the freedom to simply wear it and forget about the charger for days. That becomes especially valuable when traveling, hiking, camping, or spending time away from a power outlet. It’s one of those features that doesn’t sound exciting until you experience it. GPS and Navigation This is where the fēnix 8 Pro really separates itself from a typical smartwatch. The GPS and navigation features are excellent. Maps, routes, and activity information are right on my wrist, which means I don’t have to constantly take my phone out. For running, hiking, walking, cycling, or exploring somewhere new, having that information immediately available makes a huge difference. inReach Connectivity One of the features that impressed me most is Garmin’s inReach technology. The ability to communicate using satellite and LTE connectivity, share my location, and access emergency features makes this watch feel like much more than a fitness tracker. For anyone who spends time in remote areas, hikes, camps, mountain bikes, or explores places with limited cellular coverage, this can provide an extra level of confidence and peace of mind. Of course, satellite communication requires the appropriate service plan and depends on coverage and availability. Health and Training Garmin has also created an impressive health and training ecosystem. The fēnix 8 Pro tracks heart rate, sleep, recovery, HRV, training status, and many other metrics. What I appreciate is that it doesn’t just give me numbers. It helps me understand what those numbers mean for my training and recovery. For someone who takes fitness seriously, it can feel like having a training partner on your wrist. What Could Be Better? The fēnix 8 Pro isn’t perfect. It’s large, especially the 51 mm version, and the price is definitely on the premium end. It also has so many features and settings that it can feel overwhelming when you first start using it. There is a learning curve. But I think that’s also part of its appeal. The more I use it, the more I discover. Is It Worth It? That depends on what you’re looking for. If you only want notifications, step counting, and a nice-looking smartwatch, the fēnix 8 Pro may be more than you need. But if you want a watch that can go from the gym to a trail, from a workout to a trip, and from everyday life to an outdoor adventure, it makes much more sense. What I like most about the Garmin fēnix 8 Pro is that it doesn’t feel like just another piece of technology. It feels like a tool. A tool that helps me train, navigate, stay connected, and explore with more confidence. After using it, I understand why Garmin has such a strong reputation among athletes and outdoor enthusiasts. Final Thoughts The Garmin fēnix 8 Pro is big, expensive, and packed with more features than most people will ever need. But that’s also what makes it special. It’s the kind of product where the more you use it, the more you discover. And if I had to describe my experience in one sentence: The Garmin fēnix 8 Pro isn’t just a watch you wear; it’s a tool you want with you when it really matters.

This watch has been awesome so far. It took a little bit to get used to how many menu's and features are available. I can't lie, it can be a tad bit overwhelming at first. But I promise if you sit down for an hour and practice going through the buttons and menu's, then it becomes super easy to use. I love having the flashlight on the watch for when I'm doing things in the dark and don't have my phone or a flashlight handy. So far, my typical battery life seems to be about 12-15 days, depending on what I am doing. Originally, I thought I wanted the solar one, but the battery life on this is just fine.

The new Garmin Fenix 8 Pro AMOLED Sapphire GPS watch is a must have and simply amazing! I purchased a Fenix 7 Pro Sapphire from Best Buy and enjoyed it. My latest purchase of the new Garmin Fenix 8 AMOLED Sapphire GPS watch from Best Buy is the best watch ever. I cannot begin to tell how superior the new Fenix 8 is such as a built in EKG and InReach capabilities are paramount if you are going any location where cellular service is limited or nonexistant since the InReach capability is satellite based and allows you to contact help in the event of an emergency or even to contact family friends to let them know that you are okay. The other watches on the market cannnot begin to compete with the new Fenix 8 Pro AMOLED Sapphire.
