The screen on this is absolutely awesome you can just glance at it and see exactly what lane to be in. I haven’t figured out all the options,it takes some getting used to as far as the features. If you’re in a hurry when setting where you’re going it can be a pain but once it’s set to your destination on your route it is fantastic.

I decided to buy this model because it has the largest screen, even though it is geared for RV’s and I do not own one. That has not been a problem, it works fine for cars. Initially I was very frustrated with this tool. It took me a few weeks to figure out how to enter the correct info when looking for an address; it kept on telling me it could not find my destination. I was ready to smash it! But once I learned the quirks of entering an address it was fine. The large screen is very helpful. One change I would suggest related to alternate routes. When you want options to consider, or you need to change the route you are using, this Garmin is not user friendly. I find the best way to obtain those things is often to start over from scratch. I would purchase this again.

Great GPS for RV'ers. I am able to input all the info for my RV, (height width) so it routes me around low bridges and road that are difficult for long length trailers. Also routes you to services able to handle my truck and fifth wheel

Nice upgrade from the NUVI 52 we had. The RV options, height, length, etc. is nice to have included as well as campground listings. It would be better if they included a mount besides a suction cup. I prefer a mount that will not easily fall off the windshield like others have done.

This thing is great for RVing! You can input the length and height of your rig and not worry if you can fit in a tunnel or a dangerous road. Great peace of mind. Something I didn't think of until we used this was that there are places that we didn't get cell signal and google maps wouldn't have worked, but this thing powered through like a champ!

Awesome Garmin. Love that you can have multiple RV sizes and all RV type stops show on the map including state parks. It also warns you of any turns or inclines coming up.

I think that this is the best RV GPS available. This is my second one. The first one lasted 7 years and suddenly died. I would never trust a phone app with our safety in the RV

Compared to my old Garmin, I like the large size of the screen. I have the ability to select what type of vehicle I'm driving, such as pickup truck or car, and if I am towing a trailer, the specifics of the trailer. It has lifetime map updates.

Worked great for my first RV road trip. Really like the features you can't get with your phone GPS. Love Garmin.

I have the Rand McNally rv and it’s hard to load your trip and sometimes takes you the wrong way which is a disaster when pulling a 5th wheel. The RV 780 is easy to load your trip and gives alternate routes to take on your gps You can program your trip right on the gps and don’t need your computer. The RV 780 is is lighter and more convenient to use and so far it takes me the way I’ve planed to go.

Gps works as expected. Arrived on time. Pleased with ourchase.

Works well. Needed something to help navigate and take into consideration my fifth wheel. This does the trick!

We non computer literates need written instructions. It should be included in package.

Love the ease of using it to find campgrounds and other places. Works way better than the Magellan we had.

Only went on 1 trip so far but no issues worked well, very happy so far.
