Our prior GPS was an 895. The fact that that it was bigger & contained more info was nice but GPS's don't seem to last more than a couple of years & we couldn't justify the extra money.

The Garmin - RV795 is a nice GPS. Only issue I have found it the search address function. If you use the build in search feature you can push the address to the GPS via Bluetooth, but if you cannot find the address in its tool but you found the address in Google maps you cannot push the address to the GPS. There is a learning curve on using the routing feature.

Works as advertised. Wish some of the features were better explained in the documentation but fortunately, this is our second unit and we were at least already familiar with the software.

The fetures for customizing the size of your vehicles is a great. While on the road as you get to a turn it give you a detailed view of your exits map updating is easy as well

I haven't had a chance to use this on a trip yet. We'll be leaving on a 40 day trip in Canada. I'll be glad to rate it after that.

I purchased this to use on my trips up to the northeast as I know there are a lot of bridges in that part of the country that my 13' 11" rig will not fit under. It gave me a route through 13 bridges my rig will not fit! Totally useless for protecting my rig! What a waist of money!

It takes you down roads that our rv can’t go down even though I put in our dimensions. Doesn’t show gas stations. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your review! In combination with the vehicle profile there are other factors and setting that could be causing this issue to occur.
