I have used Garmin swim2 watch for almost a year. I normally in a day swim for an hour or 2 or about 5 to 7 miles/ week. So far no issues at all. Battery might run out quicker if you connect your phone to it and you always receive a lot of emails, calls or messages through the day.

This is the best watch I ever purchased. I have used a Charge 5 (a Fitbit) to swim with in the past, but they are not chlorine-proof, so they eventually died. I like Garmin better for swimming activities.

Compared this to the i watches and this is hands and feet superior in function and looks. Exceptional swim features, but great for other sports as well.

Great purchase! Bought this to replace my vivoactive3 music. Definitely pleased, easy to use, smaller face, comfy band.

love the heart rate monitor. hard to learn how to use, wish it came with a paper manual.

I was looking for a watch that was for swimmers. Asking around everyone suggested Garmin - Swim 2. With some help setting it up I love it! I use this watch for indoor pool and open water. Love it

Does the job. But would recommend upgrading to other versions

was a gift for my nephew. He really enjoys it. I waiting to hear how it works when he starts back with swim practice.

Haven't gone swimming yet, but will evaluate when I do. Love everything so far. Easy to set up. Used to use FitBit for swimming and it was great when it worked, but after two lemons I thought I would try this. The YMCA pool was closed when I received my watch and I will be resuming swimming next week for my weekly Lap Swim. will repost then

I bought this for my wife, and she loves it! She likes the physical buttons, the power and longevity of the battery, the way it interfaces with her phone, and the way it breaks down her swims. Only draw back: it doesn't count strokes that don't use her arms.

Received the Garmin 2 Swim Smartwatch quickly upon ordering for a bday gift for my second half who is an avid swimmer. He loves the watch and tracking his workouts! The Garmin watch is comfortable and allows him to stay on top of his efforts.

Swam twice with it. Decent swim watch for price point. Not too much competition. Can stay submerged for more than thirty minutes at a time unlike Apple Watch.

I am using the watch only to keep track of total distance and elapsed time per workout. The watch's workout function keeps showing the wrong day and time of day, despite the watch and my phone having the correct date and time of day.

It does everthing she wanted it to do… was a great gift for her on christmas !

I like this watch. Can almost see it without my glasses. Haven’t used it for open water yet. Running and walking outside is very accurate.
