It has a ton of functions. More than I need, but I love the sleekness of this model. It's easy to find watch bands for. I have had it for a couple of years now. The only trouble I've had is with the charging cable connection after 1.5 years of use and it freezing on a black screen every now and then. I don't have to charge it often. I do wish I could access some of the features faster or easier (ex: SOS alert).

The Garmin watch is accurate, reliable, and comfortable to wear. GPS locks quickly, battery lasts several days, and the data is very detailed. Great value for anyone who enjoys sports and tracking performance.

You can actually feel the move nudges. There is a free "Hourly Steps" app that will nudge you at 10 till hour if you didn't reach your hourly goal, and doesn't limit you to consecutive hours of movement. The built in movement reminder is when you haven't moved in an hour, not if you haven't met the hourly goal. Lots of custom faces let you see on your watch what you want, and the Garmin connect App for you phone is customizable too. The Sleep scoreing seems different, and it recommends if you need more rest based on activity.

Fast Shipping. Great packaging. Amazing product- new, and eactly as pictured! Produvt itself, easy to set up and learn (I am a former Fitbit user). I love the weather app and the morning reports with the postive message! I also love the rang of exercise methods, and how the garmin will let you know when you need a day of rest to recover. The watch itself is comfortable and battery life is amazing! If you are considering a good fitness watch, the Garmin Vivoactive 5 is impressive!

This watch has helped me become more active and has been amazing with tracking my calories. It’s water proof and was amazing to take swimming. Helps me not miss any texts or phone calls and has helped me find my phone multiple times. Helps me track my sleep and lets me know how my activities may affect my sleep. The body battery is pretty accurate. It stays charged for around a week at a time which is awesome. The screen on the watch is actually pretty durable as well.

Was a gift for my partner, fits her 6 inch wrist, battery lasts 2 weeks and records workouts daily. She really like all the available exercises it can record, outdoor, indoor, and even gaming lol. It tracks hr, stress, sleep score, steps, hydration, pulse ox, and has phone connection features. I have a Garmin too and we can share our profiles, track each others workouts, and we both really like how there is no monthly subscription for its services.

I really like the color and feel of this watch I made the switch from fitbit versa 4. I have been disappointed in fitbit since google took over. Its an adjustment gettint used to rhe different controls but a quick one. I really like the challenges in the app that google stripped away from fitbit. I do wish garmin had a better community interaction feature like fitbit used have. overall, I'm glad i made the switch.

Not sure how accurate watch is, step counter is since I regularly meet goal while driving, and I drive ALOT! Sleep is non restorative 9/10 nights! Am I even alive?!?

Works very well, took a minute to figure some things out and had to reset to get it to notifications from my watch but once I figured it out it’s worked great! Battery life is good, I charge it about once a week and I really like the workout options. Being able to time your sets and rest periods during a preplanned workout is very useful.

I was using Fitbit for 2yrs (Fitbit Versa3 followed by Sense2) until I switched from Fitbit to Garmin after my brand new Fitbit Sense2 had s/w issues(resetting in a loop)on 2nd day of using it. I started researching online which Garmin watch is best for my needs and determined Vivoactive5 best meets my requirements. It's been almost 2 weeks I'm using it and I'm loving my Vivoactive5 . This watch is lightweight. Battery life is excellent-charge it once per week. When it's paired to phone via BT get the same notifications as phone yet charge is consistently good. I visit the gym 2 times a week and I feel it measures the steps accurately compared to Fitbit. The only drawback I feel is when phone app e.g Google maps are getting updated offline, the watch is getting notifications constantly and I feel the vibrations which can have a weird sensation on my wrist and then I've to take it off and my wrist needs to rest and relax. It's expensive compared to the Fitbit but it's worth it. P.S-I bought the Geek Squad insurance just in case(after what happened to my last Fitbit) which should be good for 2yrs.

I love this watch . It has several days of battery life. Tracks your sleep and exercise. Receives all of your messages . Water proof , Can track your fasting also and has a bunch of other cool features

Great for tracking runs, walks, steps. I like the sleep tracking feature too, I've tried tracking sleep with apps in the past but the data never seemed accurate. So far the battery life seems great, I've only needed to charge once/week.

Holds charge well and tracks everything i need it to track and its easy and simple to use

We have bought a total of three for our girls. They absolutely love this watch and all the features it provides. Holds a great charge. Highly recommend.

This is my first smart watch so I am still learning all the features but am overall satisfied with it. The battery lasts longer than a week so in the month that I have had it only had to charge it twice.

My wife loves this. Let’s her know when she gets a phone call. She can read text messages. Tells the weather. Will record a variety of exercise activities ( it is a Garmin). AND it tells time!
