The water doesn't just run through it is collecting in the sink even if I run the disposal. I have never had a disposal do this before. Even the one that quit working allowed the water to run through it.

Would not fit in my sink. Buyer beware! Returned it and bought an Insinkerator, which fit my sink perfectly.

This product is not designed to fit every sink, but it does fit standard kitchen drain sink openings.
