I would honestly expect a $899 microwave to last longer than 32 months, but ours just stopped working - 8 months after the 24-month warranty expired. We just basically “rented” a microwave for $28/month.

Upon getting the new microwave oven home I noted the door does not close evenly and sometimes does not latch. I request that I be contacted regarding a remedy

Had a ge profile over the range for 13 years, worked great with zero problems. Decided to go with this model as a built in with the matching trim kit. The install wasn't too hard and it works perfectly, although we haven't tried the convection yet. The display brightness is good, however the audio when finished should be much louder. Overall very satisfied especially since I did quite a bit of research on built in units, but I was limited on black.

Just got my new microwave oven two weeks ago. Love the look, easy to use. It’s a little smaller than my old over the range microwave but big enough. The convection feature will really be helpful and I’m looking forward to using it for cooking big family meals. Had one issue with the button that opens the door getting stuck inside the housing and we couldn’t close the door. We were able to resolve the issue on our own.

I bought this to replace a whirlpool microwave that had started rusting on the inside and the door kept getting stuck because of moisture. This was a perfect fit replacement. The whirlpool was a 1.6cuft and this fit perfectly in its place. It looks stylish and marches well with our other appliances.

Works and looks good. I wish the control panel was backlit because it is relatively hard to read. It is also a bit noisier than our previous GE Microwave.

microwave is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient microwave. It has a sleek and modern design that will fit in with any kitchen decor. The microwave is easy to use, with simple and intuitive controls that make it easy to cook or reheat food quickly. It also has a large capacity, which is perfect for families or anyone who needs to cook larger portions.

This microwave has so many uses then the older GE model. I only had the microwave for a month now. I am still finding how to use the other use the other features. The microwave has the baking, crisp and other features. Not just your regular microwave It is sleek looking. Fit perfect into the wall unit space.

I have been using this appliance for almost 2 months now and just love it. It is easy to use and has so much versatility and convenience. The microwave portion is great but I do enjoy having the option of another oven when I need it. My only suggestion would be that the touch pad to operate the appliance should light up so you can see what your are pressing. The clock is the only part that is illuminated. Highly recommend this appliance. Very satisfied.

Our old microwave died after 22 years and we needed one that fit the old built-in space. Another GE Profile fit perfectly (with the frame kit). The new one, compared to the old one, is bigger on the inside than on the outside. (Re: TARDUS) It looks great and works very well.

This is a versatile, efficient and attractive microwave/convection oven. However, it is expensive and has a relatively short life. This is my 3rd one...previous 2 units stopped working at only 3 years.

This was a perfect microwave the first 1 1/2 years, but it quickly declined. The number on the far right of the display has 1/2 a number showing. Just the bottom half went out. To replace that part is $200+. Then randomly it started spinning the turntable when IT'S NOT ON! We won't even have it cooking anything and it will start making a noise which we figured out is the turntable rotating. We shut the power off for fear of not knowing the cause and not wanting to burn the house down.

Works well, looks good. Standard microwave. Has available trim kit for installing into cabinets. Wish the trim kit was higher quality but overall happy with it.

my space for a built-in unit is limited, this oven fit nicely. I would have preferred more auto options, ie one button defrost, reheat etc. But this is a great size for a convection microwave oven and suits my needs.

Reliable, budge microwave. One down side, it makes noise after the food is done, it’s the venting system.

We got this to replace our prior GE convection oven / microwave. While GE has slimmed the design, the function is continues to be as good as our prior version. So far, this has worked well and no issues.

This microwave was installed as a built-in microwave as part of a kitchen renovation project. It looks great, and works well. The trim kit that we purchased separately to accompany this product also looks great, and was even relatively easy for a weekend warrior like myself to install.
