This microwave has all the necessary features, without all the bells and whistles. The microwave looks very nice hanging above our new GE range!

We bought this unit along with our new range. Installation is straightforward if you ditch the template. Skip ahead in the instructions to "If you don't have a template" It's WAY easier that trimming and taping a piece of paper. As for the microwave... it's a microwave. It's powerful, cooks fast, and has a number of presets that make doing what you're doing easier. It's also attractive and easy to clean. The roomy interior has a large carousel plate, and the buttons are responsive to touch.

So far so good. This microwave works well without all the bells and whistles and was a great value. It doesn’t feel as substantial as the microwave I was replacing - the door is much lighter and the handle is plastic and I am hoping it hold up. It doesn’t have the most powerful vent fan if you are using the convertible option for internal venting but it’s functional. Overall it’s a pretty good microwave for the price and looks nice over my cooktop.

This was the only white one available in the store. Has a lot of features. It was easy to mount for me, but it does take three people. Opening the door of the microwave and closing is a little bit clunky.

Good performance and low noise during operation, It looks very nice in my kitchen.

This is a great upgrade from my last over the range. It’s quiet, and powerful. It also looks great in my kitchen! Didn’t take too long to install, just need 2 people.

I purchased this to replace a Samsung that had been taken out by a near lightning strike which my wife’s ex husband hadn’t bothered to replace for almost 10 years prior to us getting together. Instructions were clear and I knew I would have to correct a lot of prior installation errors. We’ve had this unit for a little over a year and it’s been great. I had to replace the over stove light bulb but that was pretty cheap on Amazon and very easy to replace. The draft from the vent fan is very good and helps when I’m searing meat. GE is definitely better imho than Samsung. Will definitely buy another if it continues to work without issue for 5 or more years.

So far so good! Purchased for the wife for Christmas as a replacement for a Goldstar MW that we purchased from BB over 20 years ago. Was pleasantly suprised after removing the old unit that the mounting plate and holes in the cabinet all matched up perfectly so all we had to do was simply put the GE in place. Took more time to unpack it than to actually install it! Works as it should and only time will tell if it lasts as long as the old one did!

Great. Simple, No Nonsense, Over the Range Microwave for usual daily grind. No fancy features which most of us don't use as Microwaves are used primarily for quick reheating only. Easy to install if you are trying to replace the old one as everything matches any other standard over the range microwaves. It replaced my 10 years old GE.

Needed one quick and this fit the space perfect. So much nicer than my old one

I chose this GE because our previous microwave was a GE so I assumed we would have no problem with it fitting properly in the existing space, but, well, it almost does. The design flaw is that the door hinge needs significant open space to the right (maybe like 1/2 inch?) to be able to open fully. We have Ikea cabinets so I'm pretty sure they are a very standard size - i.e. our situation can't possibly be unique. See the pics - we actually have about 1/8 in space for the door to open but it hits the adjacent cabinet when the door is halfway open. I checked our old GE and the door swivels "in place" (no extra room required) so I don't know why a new one would use a different design. Otherwise - it seems to work fine. (Well, ok, the fan and the beep both seem a bit loud, but that's minor.)

The over the range microwave we got fit perfect in my new cabinets and made them look complete ❤️ I love the microwave being over our stove and not on the counter. Plus it works really great, and we got it on a great sale!

I am pleased with the product, it works great and looks nice in my home. I also got it on sale, that was a happy plus. The sales associate was very helpful.

I really like the microwave and it works well. The price was also right. I do wish the control panel had lights.

It's space and easy to clean. The functions are what you would find on a typical basic microwave. It was easy to install over my range as it came with the mount. I wish however I could give it a 4.5 instead of just a 5 as there is just one minor issue being the filters underneath the unit once each hach slipped out. The may however come loose while installing or during shipping it is yet to be seen if it will happen again.

It's an easy-to-use microwave, conveniently sized to install on top of the stove. We use it frequently every day. This purchase was to replace the same model, which was nine years old. Backed by GE, a brand of excellence. I recommend it.

I got this microwave at a very affordable price. It was on sale. I was very excited to get this microwave. So far so good no issues with it. I mounted it myself. I’m happily using this microwave after my other Samsung microwave quit working after just two years. The associate that helped me at Best Buy was also a wonderful person and helped me out so much. I really appreciate him and the time he took to help me pick the best one.
