Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is a beautiful appliance. It works flawlessly and perfectly brews my coffee. Sleek design and easy to use.

Well, I've been looking for a coffee maker for a while. Bought two cheap ones (Not in price but in material). Returned them, and found this baby!!! Best machine ever!!! No more McDonald's coffee for me. This makes a hot cup of Joe everytime, and the settings that you can use are pretty dope also!! No complaints from me. If you want a good cup of joe from home, i highly recommend this GE Product.

I was extremely excited to get this stainless-steel pot. Unfortunately, it was defective. I tried to brew twice and twice was left with a mess to clean up. They one other thing I did not like is the way the plastic is around the top. It limits pouring.

I bought this machine last July 30 2024, not even a year, this coffee machine has show E4 code 2 days ago, I watched the video on YouTube how to fix or reset it, till now isn’t working. Is this okay to return or able to replace?

Works well. stays hot for a few hours. extremely noisy when brewing. Why does an insulated carafe need a heater base?

We are enjoying our new coffee machine!!! Easy to program and keeps our coffee hot!!! Quality is very good and I feel we got our money’s worth!!!

Love this stylish coffee maker. It yields excellent flavor an keeps coffee hot. It comes with it's own water filter.

I love this coffee pot! Makes great coffee and stays warm for an hour or more. Easy to use!

A few things to note: The body of this machine is gray and stainless, not black and stainless (as is more common in appliances), the carafe doesn't empty completely when you use it to pour water into the reservoir (which is frustrating), the lid to the carafe is a little finicky, the single serve function does not measure out the water - it appears it just uses however much is in the reservoir, so you have to be careful (it doesn't let you pick between 1 and 4 cups - it's just one setting). I bought this machine over the glass carafe model because I thought I'd like the stainless carafe - but I'm not sure I do - I'm hoping it keeps the coffee hot enough to make it worthwhile. Other than that, I find this to be a pretty basic coffee maker, and a little large for what it does... GE is not the best in this area, but the price was right since I bought it with rewards.

I really like my coffee maker. The single serve option suites me well on days when I'm not available to drink a whole pot of coffee. The look and design are very pleasing. It fit's in with my decor. Thank you

Wanted a coffee maker with a stainless-steel carafe. This one fit the bill for us. However, we wish we could brew more than 10 cups at a time...

This coffee maker is well worth the price. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee at the perfect temperature. Since it has no hot plate the coffee will not get that over cooked bitter taste.Making a single cup to go out the door with is very easy to do!

Makes great coffee, quick brew. Can make varying amounts. Clock did not work upon arrival so unable to use brew ahaead function.

Good, pretty and simple to use. Stainless steel pot keep its nice and warm

Love this machine! Stainless Steel Thermal Carafe holds coffee temperature very well. Getting that last drop is somewhat difficult, but I drink several pots of coffee a day, so there really isn't a last drop for me... Needless to say, I have not tried the single serve option. I also like the #4 Cone Shape filters. Less chance of collapse and the accumulation of grounds in your cup.

Work excellent love it , makes the best coffee ever

I like the option to just do one cup or a full carafe of coffee with this coffee maker. Not a fan of the lid, though. It is hard to get on and lock and has fallen off multiple times when pouring coffee. It looks nice on the counter, but I would not pay what I did for this if I had tried it first and just gotten a cheaper coffee maker.

Great coffee pot nice stainless carafe holds heat well makes a great coffee from one to 12 cups.

The reason that this is my review is because I encountered a horrible experience with Valerie that works at the Montebello California best buy. She is the worst rude and im very disappointed poor customer service negative experience and I will not buy from this store again. Date 9/23/2006 time 11 am so called supervisor was the one who took bad care of me when i was returning this product was a horrible experience and I was treated with so much disrespect. I have spent over 20 or more thousand dollars at b est buy and have never been treated like this. Sh should NOT be a lead, I am a lead/supervisor and certainly dont treat my bread and butter like that. She also accused us of lying and I had to go online an prove her wrong which I dint have to since she is the worker not me.

Bought this because we like our GE coffee maker but the glass carafe broke. This steel pot should last. Holds a bit less than the glass model, but stays hot much longer. Lid is a bit finicky, but any adult can figure it out. Comes with an interesting activated carbon filter in the water reservoir, which presumably helps filter your tap water.
