Nightmare getting old freezer picked up!

The freezer is great but will never buy anything over chat. I had to pay to have old freezer taken away even after I stopped in the store the week before the freezer was delivered, it should have been free. After I talked to 3 other people I was to get a gift card for 1/2 of what it cost to take old freezer away and still waiting for it to come.
I would recommend this to a friend
