A: I understand that many freezers do no perform well above 110 degrees. My AC technician was here just before the freezer came and I asked about the temperature in my non ventilated garage during our hot and humid summers. He thought I should be OK. You'll need to get some idea of how hot your garage gets in the summer. I decided that I would probably save a lot by not wasting food during the other three seasons. I am filling the freezer with prepared individual meals, as I prefer to cook more at one time. I will probably not keep it so full of food (substitute ice) during the summer due to the heat and possibility of hurricanes in my part of the world. These are my thoughts. Good luck!

Highly recommend this garage ready freezer!
Garage ready freezer with glass shelves. Replaced 23 yo Kenmore. Exterior temperature display always shows me it's maintaining the preset temperature and that the door is closed. Quiet running, bright interior light. More than enough storage space. I added a couple plastic bins for items in bags. Would highly recommend!

Perfect size upright freezer w/ glass shelves
Good price for a full upright freezer that is garage ready, external temperature control, excellent seal, wheels in back for east of movement and leveling legs in front, glass shelving and great sized clear drawers. I can see everything in the freezer and it’s frost free. Just really love this upright freezer as opposed to a chest freezer.

Loving it!
Works great! We've only had this freezer for a few weeks, so far we love it! We have the freezer in our garage, since we live in Phoenix it was especially important to have a freezer that could handle the hot summers here.
