The refrigerator is a counter depth unit and is 33" wide. There aren't many choices in this size and if I had 36" there would be more choices and less expensive.

We bought this fridge for our new house. I don't know what the builder was thinking, but both the width and depth of the space for the refrigerator was limited. This made us look at counter depth refrigerators, and this one happened to be 33" wide as well. Things didn't start out well. The fridge was delivered and looked great, but when we put it in place we couldn't level it. I had a pro look at it and he showed me where the fridge had been dropped and the bottom frame bent. Here is the part where I'm glad I bought it at Best Buy. We called and they replaced it right away, no hassles at all. Now for the fridge itself: The outside looks great (black stainless) and doesn't show fingerprints or smudges. The doors are level and close easily. All of the shelves fit properly. The ice maker and electronics on the door work well, though I have to say that the temperature setting isn't accurate. I had to turn it down to 34 to get a temp of 37. The ice maker spout gets a B- for not channeling ice directly into the glass. You have to hold it very close to the spout. The water is cold and tastes great. The capacity of this refrigerator will be its downfall for some folks. There is just my wife and I and my son who occasionally drops by and raids the fridge. It works out fine for us, especially since we have a second fridge in the garage. This fridge will probably just barely cut it for a family of four, and even then your extra large pizza box won't fit and your space for leftovers will be limited. You can fit a gallon milk carton on the door, but I took out a top shelf on the left side to accommodate soda bottles. All in all, this fridge worked out great for us. Your mileage may vary.

I love my new refrigerator. I initially bought a larger side by side refrigerator and found out the hard way that it was too large for what I needed. I was in a hurry to buy during the black Friday period and realized that I had a wall that would not allow me to open my refrigerator wide enough to reach in. I replaced it with this counter depth, smaller french door unit and so far, I love it. I still have the wall issue, but with the french doors, at least I can open both doors to reach inside. The freezer is on the small side, but I'm able to cope with that. I also just noticed that because of the counter depth, I can actually reach into the cabinets above the refrigerator without getting a stool, a plus I did not expect.

Beautiful to look at, cleans easily, price was good and storage is fine. Easy to install

I am really enjoying this refrigerator. I needed counter depth in order to open nearby cabinet doors. I love the finish, not too dark and magnetic! But this is louder than any fridge or dishwasher that I have ever owned. And it cycles at least twice daily through this noise. Then some days not at all. Calling repair people next.
