This is a nice little unit and great for small spaces. We installed it in our primary bedroom and after using it for a month or so and reading reviews I can confirm the water sensing issue is a problem. You need to leave it on the bulky item setting to get enough water to fill up the tub to clean everything unless you are doing an extremely small load. It has no end of cycle buzzer, which would’ve been nice. It is also pretty loud when washing and spinning. We are able to wash our king sized blankets in it, so for a little machine the capacity is great!

Great washer/dryer for the price! Takes a slightly smaller load of laundry than our previous standalone washer. But works great. If you have liquid propane be sure to talk to Best Buy before ordering, this is for natural gas but can be converted with a special kit.

Very happy with laundry unit after first month of use. Large capacity for space saving laundry unit; a little loud but most importantly cleans much better than the unit this is replacing!

My Washer and Dryer work perfectly, however, the delivery men, damaged my bedroom door. After correspondingto the Best Buy complaint department, my situation has not been rectified.

I love this washer dryer combo. Less space, less water with the auto detect fill wash. Love dryer easy to use. I had seen some reviews about the dryer filter, but I personally have not had any issues with it. It does not have an air fluff setting , but does have the cool down which is the same - no heat. I'm very very happy with choice I made.

Well made, stable and really quiet compared to my old machine. If I close bathroom door, don't hear it at all. Great size for my space and usage. Had to side vent, but design with side punchout panels allowed that part of Install to been done in a few minutes. Very satisfied.

This Washer dryer has 2 excellent review points: 1: the washer and dryer works very well to deliver the best choices and best cleaning. 2. I was very surprised that the dimensions of the machine are a great fit and the capacity of the washer and dryer are much larger then expended.

It fits and works perfectly in the small space I need it to be in.

Going to return this machine. Very noisy and cheap material. Today is second day and plastic pieces are coming of from its inside parts. The sad part is I have to pay back heavy delivery charges plus paid to the plumber to uninstall it’s gas and water system.

It’s easy to use, washes clothes thoroughly, and the dryer performs efficiently. The unit fits perfectly in smaller spaces and offers good. I did good choice for my apartment.

The machine is working well, though it is louder than my previous unit. The technician I spoke to explained that it was working and sounding as it should. That was helpful.

If you don’t overfill the washer and dryer it works great. Nice size so you have space for other additions in your laundry room. My only issue is the lint catcher do NOT catch all of the lint. After each drying session there’s lint left outside of the lint catcher, on the door, and sometimes on the clothes. You must clean it after each load of clothes and even then there will still be lint left. Other than that the set works fine. The lint is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

This is a space-saver unit which basically fits into a hall closet--yet the capacity of both the washer and dryer is huge (this unit can easily handle two pillows, along with pillow cases and bedsheets, in one load). The dryer effectively dries laundry in half the time (compared to my former washer/dryer), mainly due to this washer's efficient spin-cycle. The only negatives: the washer is a bit noisy, and I wish either the washer or dryer beeped or had some notification the cycle was finished. Otherwise, 4 stars!

Perfect size, fits in a small space. Basic, and does a good job.

This unit is the perfect size for the small utility room that also houses my other major appliances for the house. It seems to be operating well, and the dryer dries laundry quickly. There's no way to set the laundry cycle to a small, medium, or large load as I had on my old stackable unit, but the auto load sensor may figure that out. I'm happy it's finally installed, but it took several tries to schedule the actual delivery and installation thru Best Buy. Their system locks for at least 24 hours before one can reschedule a delivery. This was very frustrating. You cannot schedule for morning or afternoon. You must be available the entire 7am to 7pm on a given day, and wait for installer to call the day before with a narrow 3-4 hour window.

Works great having it on the main floor of my house. Holds more than I thought it would. Only problem is the washer is kind of loud. The dryer is quiet though.

This is a great washer/dryer combo that fits into a closet nicely and conserves space. Great for the small apartment that you find in the city. Easy to use, easy to learn the controls and has enough room for my loads of laundry. Would buy again.
