Q: What does counter-depth mean?
A: Our counter-depth refrigerators aren't as deep and sit closer to your cabinets. They aren't as completely flush to your cabinets as a built-in model would be, but our counter-depth models help provide a built-in appearance at a lower cost than a built-in model. The overall depth of this unit is 29 1/2".

A: The refrigerator doors offer a gloss finish.
Q: Can it be used without the filter?
A: Yes, this refrigerator can be used without a filter by using the filter bypass plug. You must use the filter bypass plug when a filter cartridge is not available. The dispenser and the icemaker will not operate without the filter or filter bypass plug.
