This is a fantastic dishwasher as long as you use the correct suggested soap. We tried liquid soap and our dishes were awful. Then we switched to the suggested packs and they have never been cleaner.

So far so good. Nice looking dishwasher. We have used them in rental units and home. Have not really used the bottle washers, but it is a nice option. Can fill it full. It cleans well. You can use it without a heated dry cycle, but the dishes come out best when you use the dry cycle. The only down side is the cycles are really long. Dishwasher is very quiet though...and you can run it while in the same room and it does not bother you. Not sure it is a 5 star, but 4-4.5 because it seems like a solid dishwasher so far. The first one we purchased was about 3 years ago.

I read all reviews before buying, the pros outweighed the cons and glad I did, love it. Very spacious with many options, can fold up or down areas to isolate items; like dipping cups, can do half wash using bottom rack only, etc. MUST use Finish or other rinse agent. Yes, gets very hot, but, your dishes come out SO clean. Equally the heat really heats the dishes to dry. I read someone said it melted plasticware, I put hard rubber spatulas on bottom rack, Rubbermaid plasticware on top and rubber scraping spatulas on top rack no melt just squeaky clean. Used the jets for juice glasses, stained ice tea glassware, and they are so clean. I interrupted the dry cycle halfway to get something out; found everything hot and already dry to touch; shut it off and closed door for 10 minutes- 100% dry. I read complaint of water remaining on dishes, not so. It washes/rinses /dries with very hot options. Any water in the dishwasher after emptying (afterall it is a DW wipe dry with paper towel. Many options, i.e. set heat temp. Very nice looking, like a Mercedes or Cadillac of DWs...:) looks great and huge in kitchen. Has made my life so much easier. Someone said loud, not so, I have to put my ear to it to see if on although orange light on door indicates on, positioned some pots pans and other items kinda loose once and that was the only noise I heard, by the way, the pots/pans come out SO clean. Take time to experiment w options and you'll love it , believe me I'm extremely picky ...so look @ /try everything. multiple times and if find a negative, you'll see it here but, I am so pleased. Highy recommend.

So far so good! Easy installation and runs quiet. Cleans well as also. Its run cycles are long, 3 hours or so, but all the newer models seem to be the same.

Our new dishwasher is whisper quiet, roomy, and equipped with the features we like. It's also very easy to operate. We replaced a 14-year-old GE machine with this new one as we believe the service life of the previous unit was exceptional (and we hope for a similar experience with the new washer).

Product looks and works as advertised. Only a couple weeks since installation, quiet operation, cleans well, looks good. Install team were knowledgeable and efficient. No problems.

This dishwasher is almost non existent when it’s running compared to my last dishwasher. Whisper quiet. The fact that you can do either a full load or just a top load makes doing dishes even easier, don’t have to wait to have a full load to start it. The bottle jets on the top rack are a real nice addition. The one thing that concerns me is the time it takes to wash a load. Just for the top rack alone with no drying it will take 49 minutes. With doing a full heavy load and drying it says it will take well over 200 minutes. That’s 3 hours...

The dishwasher is not very big, which I like.. since it’s only the two of us. It looks slick with the hide buttons option. It cleans great and soo quite, I can’t even tell it’s on.

I read tons of reviews and found the selection of features and looks (I like the slate) best for us. We have lots of bottles to wash so bottle jets are big. It's super quiet overall. You do hear the pump/solid waste disposal running momentarily during the cycle, but these not overwhelmingly loud and are only very brief moments. The other 99% of the time is amazingly silent. Gets dishes super clean, even caked on stuff left for couple days, even on normal cycle. We also have a couple other GE appliances in our house and I personally like the cheery chimes they all share when setting the controls, cycle is done, etc.

Nice finish, love the hidden panel on top. Super quiet operation. Seems smaller than my old kitchen aid, but I think we will get used to a new loading pattern. Love the bottle jets, not a fan of the silverwear basket. GE, for the next iteration, consider adding the 3rd rack for oversized tools and silver. Overall, very happy with it so far.

We've been very happy with this dishwasher. It's simple to use, incredibly quiet (I thought it wasn't working at first it was so quiet), and does a great job. It holds more than it appears. Good value.

Have only used a few times but it is great. It dries everything, unlike our old dishwasher. Would definitely recommend paying for the install with this product. We installed it ourselves but it took a while to get it to fit properly with the insulation and to put in the anti-tip bracket (it will tip with both drawers open if the bracket isn't attached).

Fits lots of dishes inside and cleans very well. Love the bottle jets (to clean the bottles that's hard to reach inside by hand), simple to use, but most of all, it's very quiet when the dishwasher is running.

The slate finish resists fingerprints and looks stylish. The dishwasher was easy to install....did not need to hire a plumber. It runs much quieter than our previous dishwasher. It cleans very well....we use the powder detergent, not pacs.

Just had my dishwasher installed the other day. Seems much smaller inside than the previous dishwasher. Everything that was washed in it came out great. I've done numerous loads using different cycles etc. and each load was washed and dried. I did notice quit a bit of condensation in the middle section of each rack. Overall I'm very pleased.

Super impressed with this unit. Not much to say really, it's a dishwasher and it does a great job cleaning dishes. What I can say is it's surprisingly quiet, and it's pretty attractive in an unassuming way. Just looks nice in the kitchen. So far everything works great. Recommended.

I purchased this dishwasher about a month ago and so far I love it! It is extremely quiet when it operates and it cleans very well. I especially love the water bottle cleaner feature for sports water bottles, etc. No more nasty food particles in my water bottles! Great product!

After much research, I chose this dishwasher and am glad I did; however, a piece popped off after a month, and the dishwasher leaked all over the floor. Happily, I had bought the GEEK protection plan, and the two repairmen came out and tried to screw the piece back in. After much struggle, they accomplished that. The lead person ordered new parts, including a washer to keep the part in. Why that piece would fall off is a mystery.
