I am completely greatful for !ll the assistance provided by all of the Best Buy Personnel. I'm also very greatful to Premier Logistics who provided me with professional care for my installation provided by Jose Mendoza and Gustavo. The were able to taper and and install my new oven. I love my new oven.

We have been using this double oven for about a month. It is well-made and looks very nice; easy to clean; fits in the space; looks great in my kitchen! I would definitely recommend this item.

Well, my new double oven. Came in quickly, installed quickly and efficiently. They were also super knowledgeable and friendly.

Looks great but terrible oven! GE repair service Bodewell has been out five times to repair both ovens, even after manually adjusting each oven. The top oven heats approximately 50-75° too low, bottom oven heats approximately 150° too high. Top oven thermostat has been replaced once along with replacing the control panel (so basically a new oven), bottom oven thermostat replaced twice yet both ovens are still not heating to proper temperature. Also it takes forever for the top oven to preheat. Bottom oven temperature light indicator is basically useless - doesn't display strong indication that oven has reached temperature. Very disappointed with this GE oven!

This double oven is truly a blessing. Since space in our kitchen was at a premium, and the old wall oven went south, this was the perfect fit that Alec found for us. Thank you to Curtis and Alec for making my kitchen whole. It came in time for me to do test recipes for my fair competition.

The oven fits right in where I took out the old one. It works well. Be aware that the inside dimensions are smaller than my old oven. It probably has much better insulation but some of my pans don't fit.

Oven initially makes a clicking sound when I first started using it but it eventually went away. I really don't like using the self-cleaner. It left a pungent odor in my home that lasted all day. Overall, it has been reliable and worked well so far. I did want stainless steel but it is still rather an attraction to my already remodeled kitchen.

WARNING: If you don't peel off blue plastic protective sheet on doors' faces before ever turning oven on or testing whether oven heats, the plastic will fuse on and be very difficult or impossible to remove. 1. Both ovens and all 4 racks are the same size. 2. 17¾ X12⅞ pan just fits ovens at all heights. 3. 16¾ cooling grid will fit by itself onto all oven side supports. 4. Design of door makes removal & cleaning relatively easy. 5. Can recalibrate temperature setting for accuracy. 6. Instructions layout is in rational rational segments.

This is a very good oven. It is attractive and works well. The only problem I have with it is the touch control for raising and lowering the temperature is difficult to use. It requires strong pressure and repeated efforts to get it to respond.

Looks nice and works well other than the top oven not heating as well as the bottom. Also, not as much space inside the oven as the one we replaced in the same opening. It will be fine and we like it, but just wanted to be clear that the inside is more narrow than we thought it would be and some of our baking pans won't fit.

smaller that previous oven but it works fine for now. Seems like it is actually the same manufacturer as the controls on the panel are pretty much the same as the whirlpool we replaced. Fit in cabinet and interior are all smaller than what we had. Needed to build new support in cabinet in order to fit it in the space.

the top of this double oven is glass. Some other models have plastic on top. very nice and modern unit. Happy with the purchase so far.

Excellent. Replaced our old unit and fit the space with minamal alteration. Works as expected. Deliver was on time and unboxed for us.

When our thirty-year old double oven died, we were REALLY not looking forward to buying a new one. I went for the budget offering and have been very happy. It isn't huge, but you can get what you need to in there and having a new one definitely shows how much more efficient this unit is than one that was so old. Make sure you MEASURE width/depth/height you have available to you and ensure that this will fit. In theory this should have slid right in, but the space available in our brick wall was not quite wide enough for the dimensions. Our own human error.

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) we were unable to install this oven, which was a replacement for a 1998 Thermador. We were limited by the cabinet to what we thought was a 24" oven and selected this one based on only the on-line picture. When it arrived, and we actually looked at before the installer could bring it in, we were shocked by the cheap looking aesthetics of the oven (although we didn't really expect Wolff or Viking - which if we were installing in a space that could contain it, we would have ordered - but we did hope for something that minimally looked good). I can only say that a child's toy oven would appear to be better quality. The cheap and ugly black plastic control panel was so obviously cheap and ugly that your first response could only be a WTF. The so-called stainless steel looked like the cheap underside of a toaster or microwave - nothing that you would want prominently displayed in your kitchen. Since we never installed it it I can't comment on how well it works, but I can only say if you value how an appliance looks avoid this one like the plague. By the oven not fitting it was actually too small for the space and a 27" is too big) we really dodged a bullet. We can only hope that our existing oven lasts for a few years more. Note: The installer was fantastic and did what he could do to make suggestions as to how we could get something to fit. The return was processed on a timely basis (you do have to make sure you physically cancel the order once it is returned; it does not happen automatically) and it took few online chats to move the process along.

We had an unusual size space for the double wall oven and this oven was exactly what we needed. It is also stainless steel which is the color we are changing our appliances to. I am happy with all of the features it has and it looks great when you walk in our kitchen.

Works as expected. It's a 24 inch oven replacing our old one. Would have preferred a 27 or 30 inch but would require extensive cabinetry work in the kitchen.

I needed an odd size wall oven . Very difficult to find . I finally found one at Best Buy that was close to my specifications . It was only 1/2” off . The installers did a wonderful job making it fit . And I’m happy to say the oven is working quite well !

The ovens will most likely work fine if the installation is ever completely finished. Upon installation the lower door handle was loose. Installer said GE would have to come out to repair it. GE came out for the repair and the door shattered into a million pieces. A new door had to be ordered. Hopefully it will be installed next week. It’s almost a month after it was installed and the project is still not complete. Hopefully, this is just a fluke.

The ovens work great. Biggest issue is the outside shows fingerprints and hard to remove.
