I got this GE after my old GE gave out. This is a great dishwasher. My dishes come out super clean and dry. After reading about "decibles" I was a bit concerned that this dishwasher would be too loud but it's not. I did use my old GE's insulation blanket so that might be helping too. I installed it myself, it was an easy install. Took about 2-3 hours from removing the old one and installing this one. You do have to purchase the kit with the power cord separately but it's not expensive. Over all, I'm not at all disappointed with this purchase. I'm happy with its performance and I highly recommend it.

I purchased this dishwasher on 05/11/2019. A piece broke off the top corner 2 days after purchase. I got the run around about that. We have repeatedly had problems sliding the dishes it. It gets stuck on a rubber piece that we have to keep pushing back in. Recently I noticed that this part of the product overview was not true-Durable racks are designed to resist rust (see pics). Definitely louder than expected. I would not recommend.

We've had this dishwasher about 3 weeks now. It's incredibly quiet compared to what we used to have. The dishes comes out really clean. Im able to put larger pots or pans in there without any issues.

Replaced our old dishwasher with this GE model it is very quiet and does a good job washing the dishes. The plates, and glasses come out dry. The unit is very quiet. The model we replaced this for was also a quiet dishwasher this is just a little quieter Best buy priced matched and we feel we got this item for a machine for a great price.

Great dishwasher. Installed it myself. Took the sound insulating blanket from my old dishwasher and double-wrapped this new one. So quite that just yesterday I thought someone may have hit the Cancel button on the load I just started, I had to put my hand on the thing to realize it was still going! Does a great job cleaning and the 1-hour wash is more than sufficient for most cases, especially if you tend to rinse your dishes off prior to washing.

I am guilty of being a prewasher of all my dishes BUT this one promised to be able to do the trick on its own. I had to try it after making a big pot of chili. After leaving it simmer on the stove for hours I just knew there was no way it would actually be able to clean it without prewashing. IT DID!! I am a believer and greatful for this especially at the price point. Love love love it!!

Very easy to operate, washes clean and very low noise.

It’s so loud we only run it before we leave for work in the morning. My previous washer was stainless steel inside and out and had excellent insulation, this GE doesn’t even have a blanket. It’s cleans ok, and menu options are simple. When my Bosch dishwasher broke I was upset and wanted to try another brand that had reliable reviews. I didn’t realize how good I had it with my Bosch, I should have known the sale price was low for a reason. My bad for not researching the dB level first. I’m going to try getting an insulation blanket, but if that doesn’t help I’m probably just giving this one away and buying a new, quieter one.

Good amount of space, excellent cleaning, easy to use

Excellent washer. Dishes come out clean with no food stuck on them even without pre-rinsing. The boost function for both the cleaning cycles and drying work well and dishes come out dry. Nice and quiet too.

Great item for the price point. Racks are a little small but it cleans well. And that matters most.

The machine works very well. Good value for the money. We've only had it a few days, but it seems to be working fine. I will keep my fingers crossed.

Works great and quite! I like the top rack sprayer. It allows more room for dishes.

Worked well no real complaints other than it didn’t like bigger pods make sure they are more slender

There are probably quieter dishwashers out there, but this one is quiet enough. Seems to do a good job cleaning. For the price I’m quite happy with it.

Buying this dishwasher from Best Buy was fantastic. I am an elite member so they delivered it, took out the old one, installed the new one, and took the old one with them. All for about $50. The washer fits in fine with our other black appliances. Best of all, it washes dishes -- and silverware -- and pots -- and everything. It may not be the best on the market but it was very inexpensive and it works. Good choice.

Very quiet. Cleans extremely well. Takes a while to dry but even the plastic dries nicely.
