Q: Where is the power plug located?
A: Hi Hall - Thanks for choosing GE Model JTD3000SNSS! All electric wall ovens must be hard-wired (direct-wired). We suggest viewing the Installation Guide at the following link for location of conduit and junction box (See page 6): https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=31-11161.PDF - Keep in touch! Sue
Q: What is Self-Steam Cleaning?
A: Hi Hayward- This model has self-clean with optional steam clean so you can choose how you want to clean your oven based on soil level. The self-clean cycle can generally be programmed from 3-5 hours and is cleaned by heat, at temperatures above normal cooking temperatures. During the cleaning cycle the oven is heated to about 880 degrees Fahrenheit (471° C.). At this temperature, food soils inside the oven decompose, leaving behind a small amount of ash. The leftover ash is similar to cigarette ashes, and wipes out easily with a wet cloth. Steam Clean allows for quick cleaning of minor food spills at temperatures lower than the standard self-clean feature. Simply pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of a cool oven. Close the door and select Steam Clean. The cycle lasts about 30 minutes, and loosens and softens the grime in the oven. Thanks for considering GE Profile Model # JTD3000SNSS. We’d love to have you in the family! Sue

Waited a month for this item, and now it’s been 7 weeks waiting on an install! 1st tech said my electric was bad, paid 200.00 for an electrician to tell me all is well, then was sent a tech that could not install the oven, not to mention the 4 other appointments that were rescheduled or cancelled! By far has been the worst experience ever
