What a difference it makes compared to a 24 year old oven. Super quite and efficient, large capacity and nice looking. . Very happy

once the bottom oven door glass is replaced. There was a tiny crack in the glass of the bottom oven door that no one noticed. When we got the ovens home, the lower oven door glass shattered into thousands of pieces. We immediately called Best Buy and they told us it was not their fault. So, here we are with a brand new GE double oven and no glass door for the bottom oven. We have had to purchase replacement glass ourselves. Big mistake on the part of Best Buy as they can be assured we will never purchase from them again

We purchased these double ovens and have been pleased with them. They look great and improve the look of our kitchen. The ovens do take a little longer to warm up than our previous ovens. They work fine once they have warmed up. In addition, the timer keeps going off once the time has completed. This can be slightly annoying when you are not right in the kitchen to turn the timer off. Other than those two items, we have been very pleased with the ovens. We hosted a large party and used both ovens to cook food for 16 people.

This double oven is easy to use and heats up pretty quick. The doors are solid and the overall quality is really good.

I was not satisfied with the installers. I paid extra to have the old oven removed and the new oven installed. The installers arrived without the oven and went on to tell me my measurements were off. They instructed me to expand the height from 51" to 53". I hired a person to do the cabinet work and I removed the oven myself (not easy). The oven arrives and we come to find out the original openning high of 51" was correct. Im still waiting for Best Buy to make things right.

Bought this "budget" model (no wall oven is cheap!) to replace a fancier Jenn-Aire that died young, Looks really nice and works great. Other reviews mention slow to warm up. It takes ~15 min to reach 400F. Touch keypad is made of flimsy plastic compared to glass on previous oven and takes little longer for fan to go off after use. Initial BestBuy crew did poor install (bought during GE free install promo) but a 2nd team quickly had oven fitting cabinet space properly & it looking great. May run just a tad hot.

Love it very simple and efficient. The last double oven I had was not easy to use and we had problems with the doors. This is very smooth.

Simple and easy to use. GE is getting out of the appliance business and hence the great promotion. Installation is simple if you are replacing an existing appliance.

I bought this oven because of price. It's simple and easy to use. Don't see any major issue so far.

I bought the same double oven three years ago but the control panel went out. I looked at over ovens but decided to get the same one because of price and being basically satisfied with the oven until it was unrepairable. This new oven seems to be a lot better than the last one. It heats up much faster and has a few more options. Maybe the last one was just a lemon, who knows?

Highly recommend this oven. It fit perfectly where my other wall oven was located. easy to install and use. 5 stars.

We bought this unit to replace one that was original to our home. Needless to say there wasn't a problem with installation (the holes were already cut) but the thing that stands out was the price. With the free installation promotion and $15 take away fee for the original unit, we saved $435 relative to the other Big Box stores. We will definitely look at Best Buy before me make our next appliance purchase.

After home flooded we have had to purchase all new appliances. Have purchased all thru Best Buy and I love my new oven. Beautiful. Very pleased with purchase.
