We absolutely love the look of this GE rangehood in our newly remodeled kitchen. The lighting is perfect and helps tremendously to see the range. The GE stainless surface matches our non-GE appliances perfectly. Unfortunately, we're getting an annoying squeaking sound when using the fan on low and sometimes on the medium setting. It goes away on high speed but sometimes that's just too much air and noise. We purchased Geek Squad so we may have to call them in if this doesn't work itself out after the break-in period. Otherwise, it's great and looks nice.

I hate the sound of fans! Given that I love how quite this fan actually is, it is amazing. Even on the highest setting it is quite. On the low setting I can hardly hear it.
