It took over 6 weeks to be installed by Best buy. Best buy came out to measure and install the oven. They got it wrong. See the picture. The performance is not appreciated. It takes over 12 minutes to heat your oven to 350°. The oven does not bake evenly as you'll have to rotate your baked goods during the cooking process. The overall combination with the microwave is somewhat difficult to learn how to operate. The clock will not stay on without pushing the dial in. However, there could be a way to keep it on that. I haven't figured out yet? It does have a nice appearance. I would not repurchase this item. Overall I am disappointed.

Love the new oven/microwave combo! So far it works just as it should. The controls are easy to figure out. The microwave is not real high powered, but hopefully that means it will last better. It's just a matter of getting accustomed to it. I love that it opens down, thus avoiding injury by the side opening door. The oven is wonderful and really self-explanatory. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.

Good oven purchased to replace a 2012 model. The microwave is excellent with the sensor cooking and reheating. The oven works fine, as expected and holds temp perfectly. The dial control takes a little getting used to, but works fine. The surface shows fingerprints and needs to be wiped after every use.

This wall oven/microwave combination is gorgeous - very sleek and modern. Additionally, it is quiet when it runs, heats quickly and was easy to operate. I’d be wary of Best Buy installers as mine charged a ridiculous extra fee for install without any notice but the product is great.

This is our first wall oven and with a microwave oven attached; it was a good bargain. It blends in well with my kitchen and is at a good height above the ground so it's much easier loading/unloading and cleaning than a traditional oven.

Looks great. Works fantastic. The wife loves it. So far so good. Best Buy done what Lowes couldn't do.

My oven microwave combination unit is great easy to use Originally we paid for installation. When my purchase arrived the installers were unable to do the job. We had to hire another contractor to install my purchase. He had it in and ready within 2 hours. Your installation program is at best pitiful

Replaced a 30 year old built-in microwave/oven. Best Buy installers did a great job. GE free fit worked well. It is smaller than old oven so I had to order a bottom trim piece online. Only had it a month but so far so good.

The cast iron grates are heavy and substantial which makes this stove look really high end. The performance is excellent and the finish looks great too. Cleans up easy. Installed today. Works great. Have not had a lot of cook time on it yet, but we believe it will be great

Really pleased with this GE unit. The microwave and oven are top notch. Like the fact that both Microwave and Oven can be controlled by a single panel.
