Customer Ratings & Reviews

I purchased this stove for a rental property. So far everything has gone well. Delivery was smooth and easy as always with Best Buy. We used our own handyman to install the stovetop but went in with no problems. Hopefully it will last for many years without issue. I will update this review if anything changes.

Loved the stove top, Beautiful white matches my kitchen working good family made nice comments about it

I like the bigger burner, my old cooktop didn't have that

I wanted a gas cooktop to replace my 21-year-old GE Profile 36" cooktop. This was a perfect choice. I like the black grates and they compliment my white kitchen cabinets and dark hardware.

Works great and looks good in our kitchen. Was a little deeper than old one and had to cut a little off the front countertop.

Cooktop looks great, the knobs are large and easy to use. My only issue is the distance between the burner top and bottom of pots and pans. It's nearly 1.5 inches, compared to my previous cooktop of 0.5 inch. As such, it takes longer to heat and probably wastes energy too.

Nice and sturdy. Easy to use. It took few minutes to adjust to new product but very safe to use too. Cleaning should not be too hard either.

Cooktop looks good although we are still adjusting to the different (darker) look and higher surface caused by the grates being larger than our previous cooktop. No issues so far with function although we did have a problem with the old downdraft vent, which needs to rise for use, being interfered with by the cooktop as initially installed.

Great option for a gas cooktop. We needed to replace an old one that was not working, and this gave a nice upgrade to the look of the kitchen. Also love that it has 5 burners. Works great!

Love my gas stove top. Hate that the knobs are plastic and also that the surface scratches easily. The burners are a pain to get clean. Constantly scrubbing them with easyoff and pink stuff to get the black marks off. Other than that love cooking Thanksgiving dinners or any dinners it easy to boil water and move pans around.

I just love my new GE gas stove top!! The guys who did the installation were on time and did a fabulous job. These guys were very conversant and knowledge about the product. The price was right, I did a lot of shopping. Looks great next to the new GE double oven we purchased last year. The ONLY issue I have with Best Buy is having to deal with Panama every time you have a question. I dialed the local phone number and I have to speak with Panama, thus the 4 star rating.

Modern look. Good quality. Another dependable product from GE.

I absolutely love my new beautiful gas cooktop. I like that it has 2 large, 2 medium and 1 small range. Very powerful and easy to clean. I highly recommend this product.

I just purchased this cooktop. It was an easy install and has been working quite good so far. I purchased a Kitchenaid previously that was more expensive and it came defective with gas smell and 2 burners not working and I had to wait for over 3 months for it to be delivered..very frustrating..and it had to be uninstalled and I was told it would be another 2 months. The GE delivery was quick and has been working efficiently and I love the quality of the cooktop. Value for price.

I replaced an old GE Profile Built-In Gas Cooktop that I have had for 25 years with this model. The new Cooktop fit perfectly in the same space, and the installation was simple and quick. This is a good-looking cooktop, because its symmetrically shaped grates, make it look like is all one piece. I have now been using this Cooktop for over a month and noticed that while cooking on large pots not only the heating is more evenly spread but because of it, it heats the food/meal quicker. The space between burners is well designed too, since on our previous cooktop, you couldn't put two large pans next to each other because of the closeness of the burners. We are a family of six with two of them being a "Cook Wanna Be", so this new Cooktop is going to go through heavy-duty use, and just like its predecessor, we're counting on lasting another 25 years.

I purchased this to replace a cooktop that was original to our home we just purchased(over 30yrs old). I cook daily and needed something that would be versatile, a great value and also look great. This cooktop cooks PERFECTLY! The flame is consistent, I love the power boil burner-brings water to a boil faster than any cooktop/range I've used. The flame is even all around on all burners, and the ability to change from the smallest simmer to boil is seamless. This is super easy to clean, and I love the raised look of the grates-we've gotten a ton of compliments. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the function, value/price, and look. I would highly recommend this.

It’s good for the price if it’s on sale! The look is better than the pictures. The grills are not heavy like others so it’s easier to wash. If you need white, this is one of few choices only. The burner does take a bit more to turn on but overall it does its job

its good & nice looking. It is very convenient & easy to use as compared to our old stove .

We love our new gas cooktop. Have always purchased GE appliances and have not been disappointed. All 5 burners work efficiently, huge difference with the center burner how quickly water boils. Very pleased with this purchase.

We recently purchased a new Stainless Steel GE Profiles 5 burner Cooktop to replace our 20 year old one. We are very pleased. It is beautiful and functions as well as it looks. The grills lift up for easy cleaning of the pan area. My wife Loves it and that's what matters most !! I waited until the Memorial Day sale which was a real plus.
