I had the worst installation, 1. My brand new cabinets was scratched by the installer. 2. The hood vent I purchased came with a remote but remote was not in the box so I had to call over 6 times to get someone to help me. 3. They scratched the hood vent installing it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
