Only buy this if you are ok with not being able to wash blankets or pillows. The machine will not spin and drain large items even if they are well balanced with the "bulky" setting selected, I have tried many different settings. I wanted a simple machine without a bunch of electronics thinking it would last longer, but the lack of ability to wash the things we need to wash makes me regret this purchase. Maybe I can save you the headache! I wish so much that I could exchange it.

There are troubleshooting tips for items being too wet at the end of a cycle on page 25 of the Use and Care Manual. This manual can be located in the "Features" section of this product page.
