Q: Good morning, The light inside the oven will not turn off. When I press the oven light button nothing happens. all the other buttons give a reaction when touched except this one. How can I turn it off?

Q: I just purchased a GE electric range JB 735DP 4 WW but there is no manuel . It is frustrating to have to go to my computer (in the other room) for information and frustrating as well to have to print pages of information . Can it be mailed to me ?

A: I would call Bestbuy and tell them you didn’t receive a manual. You should have gotten one with the purchase

Q: Can I cook with cast Iron on the top.

A: Yes you can cook with cast iron. But do not drag a heavy pan that is not smooth on the bottom across the cooktop. It will eventually show scratches.

Q: Is the slate version smudge proof?

A: The slate parts are; the control panel, cooktop and glass front will collect smudges and fingerprints
