This window AC is awesome! I needed this for my bedroom, I was getting too hot at night and my central air wasn’t enough. I ordered it for pick up and BestBuy had it ready within the hour. The installation was easy and everything you need to install is included. You will need a second person to help pull it out the box and mount on window. I highly recommend setting up the voice command feature. I set mine up with Alexa, it took me about ten minutes to figure it out. You have to add it as a skill and not a device. If I get too cold at night I don’t even have to open my eyes I just tell Alexa to set AC on a higher temp, it’s awesome! The app is very useful, you can track how much energy the AC has used in KWH. One down side is that the unit is on the louder side. Overall I’m very satisfied with this unit.

It's sleek and clean looking. Super easy to install and maintain. You get an alert anytime the filter needs to be cleaned as well. You can operate the unit by the app on your phone which is super convenient. It's not too loud and it cools very well. I'm using this in my single wide mobile home. It's cooling my living room and kitchen area perfectly. I would def purchase again.

Used only a few days while getting quotes for new central AC, cools 550sqft fine. Wifi works well; as such, I haven't used remote. Easy install, relatively quiet. My only complaint is something that I also saw in another review, i.e. the power saver mode is pretty much useless. Temperature range swing for on/off cycle much too large, My central unit cycles on/off within one degree, don't know degree swing this one takes because I have to go back to cool mode before I ever find out. My 4 of 5 instead of 5 of 5 stars is result.

It’s not a bad unit but a couple problems for me like the blades to direct the air are way to small and basically pointless, it kinda stays blowing to the right also seems like the fan could be a bit stronger even on high given the size. I do like that it blows cold air almost immediately also like that it come with a remote, very simple design overall, not bad for the discounted price enough to cover the warranty but more than likely there are some better choices but for a couple hundred dollars more

This window unit cools our small home pretty dang well, given that we are making it cool an extra 50 sq ft or so. Installation was mostly painless even for two inexperienced people. The instructions were ever-so-slightly unclear on placement such that my husband and I disagreed on how to do it until it was actually IN the window (I was right).

Purchased the 12000 BTU Smart Window AC. It was easy to install. The ECO setting works great for a 15x20ft room. The unit is quiet. Family has been keeping comfortably cool during this CA summer. I am happy with the purchase. Minus 1 star because I cannot get the Smart part to connect. (I will keep trying)

This is a rather effective AC. My square footage is somewhat more than the effective size of the unit. But, it still cools things down quite sufficiently. Also, it is easy on the amps. I was afraid the fuse would blow because the microwave is on the same fuse. And Pow! When I first plugged it in and turned it on the fuse blew. After changing the fuse, no problems, even with the microwave on. That old outlet hadn't been used for anything more than a charger in decades. The online app makes remote operation a snap, and you have FULL control. Also, the operation is very quiet for this size of an AC and the lights can conveniently be set to turn off so that light doesn't interfere with whatever you are doing. Only a few drawbacks: The ECO setting seems to work too well. It lets the temperature climb a bit too high before turning the unit back on. Also, the window insulating materials could be better. Maybe it's just my 1890s house, but better materials are needed. I had to reinstall mine with thicker foam all around. Buy yourself enough thick foam to insulate the window. This unit does not have a vent opening to bring in air from the outside, that I can tell, to just use it as a fan on not so hot days. Many air conditioners these days no longer offer that feature. Those are some pretty minor drawbacks. This is an AC worth owning.

The air conditioner cooled my apartment so completely that I was able to bake a 14 pound recently and the temperature stayed cool throughout. I was truly amazed that the temperature felt as if I were in a luxury hotel. I am extremely happy with my new air conditioner.

It works really good keeps the house really cold i highly recommend this if u like it cold love that it has a remote its really easy to install and it saves alot my power bill isnt even high the customer service was really helpful with my progressive leasing this is why i got air conditioner

Product works good for our use.. My one complaint is the ECO mode. Temperature drops 5 or 6 degrees before it starts again. Too much of a drop for comfort.

This product is a good purchase but note to self you have to take into consideration if on the first floor and have boiler room under you get a higher btu. My daughter has the same one and she has an open concept apt and it feels comfortable where mines is only cooling living room.

It was hot and I had this at 70 low with eco and you can literally see the cool mist. It makes my apartment cold pretty fast

Great air conditioner. Cooled our bedroom perfectly. Even on 100 degree days air was only on 66 and low fan speed.

Great product, been using it during fall and winter so still waiting to see if the performance is good during Summer.

Very good AC. Powerful and freezes an apartment. My apartment is more the 550sq ft
