I replaced a very old side loading dryer and this one, though the same size externally, is much bigger internally. Great possibilities on the settings. A little bit old school but works perfectly. Watch out, though...that finished buzzer is loud! : )

Dryer is super easy to use. Buzzer sounds like a fire alarm and there's no way to turn it down

We recommend checking out the “clothes take too long to dry” and “the dry dryness level was chosen but load is still damp” troubleshooting sections on page 11 of your Owner’s Manual. The Owner’s Manual can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website. The product is not what I used to, it does not drylarge loads efficiently. I’m not happy with it, wish I had my old dryer, it was efficient. Will not recommend to anybody.

This has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!! I have had the install of the dryer scheduled 7 times, only one team showed up and then we find out the conversion kit is MISSING. I had the dryer for 5 weeks and have not been able to do any laundry at home since November 8th. The closest laundry mat is 20 miles away. Thank God for my best friend who drys my clothes at her house. Otherwise, I would have no towels or clean clothes. I would not recommend Best Buy for appliances or even tissues at this point. You stink.

This was an open box purchase there was only a few scratches on the machine, it works perfectly, only minor problem there was no instruction booklet.
