There is that moment for everyone when you think it's just an appliance, it's not going to change my life. Then bam you realize that your life has changed for the better. I thought this dryer was just a replacement for the unit that was failing on us, how happy I am to say that I was wrong. The features on this dryer are amazing and each one actually does what it's supposed to. Sanitize, warm up, mixed load, they are all fantastic. I have had the dryer for quite a few months now and it is rock solid. It has also lowered our power bill with its energy saving feature. If your looking for a dryer with options and durability look no further, I didn't.

This unit replaced a failing unit that was quite old in the tooth. When comparing amongst the hundreds of choices the options and features provided along with the value just couldn't be beat! Low energy consumption, truly intelligent drying, it actually senses when your clothes are dry not baked! Anyone who has experienced what I'm referring to will know what I'm talking about.

They both work great, so much better than my old washer and dryer, lots of different settings, dries towels and blankets quickly.

This GE washer is efficient, quiet and has lots of cycles. It has 4 heat levels, 4 levels of dryness, a dry delay and a sanitize cycle. This dryer has a very large drum and can dry a large load of clothes. I would recommend this dryer to anyone.

Great. Awsome dryer. Love all the features. Lights in and out it's quiet. Love energy efficient. Coulndt have made a better choice. It's big enough for anything like my comforter

The dryer is fairly quiet with a ton of room. To me this is the best dryer for the money. (when its on sale) The diamond grey is beautiful and the glass door is a great feature.

We have owned this dryer for two months now, and it has done its job well enough... but there is one major design flaw. ALL dryer sheets get stuck in the sensor bars on the linen trap! This has been very annoying, but has not hampered (ha) its ability to get the job done. G.E. is aware of this issue and is repairing it through our local shop, BUT the part needed is on a nationwide backorder for SIX WEEKS!! Apparently everyone and their dog is having this issue. Another thing that I do not like is that the lint trap is too small! It fills up all of the way when drying extra large loads, and then the lint gets stuck on the outside of the tray and back on my clothes when I pull them out. I have only used the steam feature once, and it works as expected. The app is a novelty for us. We like being informed when the cycles are complete and seeing its progress. All in all- I am annoyed by the lint trap being small but would still feel alright about this purchase if the dryer sheet issue can be fixed. This dryer's saving grace is the matching washing machine.. I LOVE it!! This being our first energy efficient washer- I find myself using the Deep fill option regularly. There weren't very many washers with a soak option like this one, and this also has the water station so you can scrub clothes as it fills. My absolute favorite feature though, and as far as I know the only washing machine that has this, is the detergent reservoir! Its awesome!! There is a tank that that you prefill with your detergent, and it will dispense automatically or you can adjust to your own liking or just turn off if you want to use a pod. SO CONVENIENT. So thanks to your cool washer G.E.- I will still recommend the dryer.

First load was towels and they dried quick. Quiet and a workhorse, easy to use.

Replaced a front-loading pair with this unit set, and it’s a ton better. Super efficient, more quiet, and easy to operate.

Dries very quickly and extremely quiet. I did have issue with door not staying closed and error message but Best Buy corrected

Oh man this thing works great! We bought it because we suspected our current dryer was using too much energy. We were so right. We just got our PG&E bill and it saved us just over $150! And this was the only change we made! It dries great and really wasn't heavy or hard to install. As a bonus it makes some cool Legend of Zelda type noises. Brings me that Ocarina of Time nostalgia. 10/10 would buy again. Need the washer now.

This dryer dents very easily if ANY pressure is applied. Of course as soon as my 3 year warranty was up now I have a metal on metal sound coming from it. I only do about 3-4 loads a week so I consider this unacceptable. My last dryer was from 2004! I have the matching washer that I got before this and hopefully it continues to run but that things get unbalanced easily!!!

Very happy with our new dryer. It takes a lot of wet clothes and does a great job of perfectly drying them.

I bought washer & dryer at bestbuy. They are very good. I got them on affordable price.

I like GE brand and products, and this dryer fist my target. The best price performance in my view, silent, seems economic in the options of programs. Very glad with the purchase of the combo (washer/dryer).

Purchased this as a replacement for a 7 year old dryer that bit it. The unit is solid, easy to operate, and drys clothes well. The only issue I have is that the door, while solid in its construction, is a bit chinsey in how it closes; a minor complaint for a good product.
