I’ve been really happy with this scale. The handle makes it much more useful than a regular smart scale, especially for tracking muscle mass and body fat. Before buying it, I spent some time researching the technology it uses. I know no home body composition scale is as accurate as a DEXA scan, but from what I found, the 8-electrode design does a pretty good job estimating body fat when you use it consistently under the same conditions. The readings have been very consistent for me, and it’s been a great way to track my progress over time.
