This was a terrible expensive buy

I am used to refurbished products, I've purchased them all the time. This was a terrible buy. It stopped working within 30 minutes of the install. The temperature control does not go below 64 degress. I am acustomed to 60 degree setting. It does not have a time to set so you can't program it.

We’d like to assist with the issue you’re having with the air conditioner not working, and provide information about your model. We suggest checking the fuse/circuit breaker to ensure there’s no issue, and disconnecting the unit from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it. Additional troubleshooting about this is available on page 16 of the manual; that can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number, go to the product’s page, and view the ‘Owner Support’ section. We can advise that model AHTT06BC has a temperature range of 64°F to 86°F; your feedback regarding the temperature not going below 64°F will be passed along to our product team for review. The model does have a Delay Mode; when this feature is on, the air conditioner will operate in Eco Mode until the set time has expired, then the air conditioner will turn on as if the Power button were pressed. That mode is discussed on page 5 of the manual. If you continue to have the issue after troubleshooting, please contact our warranty team directly at 1-833-4BODEWELL.
