So this is my first time ever buying smart plugs and I’m glad I did. The process to set up is quite easy. All I had to do was plug it into an outlet and connect it to my Amazon device. I absolutely loved this purchase that I had to get a second one.

It work excellent, I had problem to conect the Christmas tree, and I saw that plug in one visit the store I brought it the best decision I made. Some time I’m going on bed and I just open the app and turn of or say to Alexa .

Very easy to set up. I've had a few different brands of smart plugs and these were by far the simplest to get connected. I will stick with this brand for all plugs and devices going forward.

Use this device to turn on and off a light with the Google Home app. Device connects to the home Wifi and phone can be connected to any network, Wifi or mobile network/5G, so I can turn on and off a light even when I am not home.

Purchased item two weeks ago and so far good. I wanted to be able to control my fan without having to get and turn it on or off through the night. I was able to connect the item directly with the Alexa app and not having to download the C app without any issues. Set the routine and it works. Tried to upload video but there was not an option. I rated a 3 for value only because there are plugs that come two in a pack for the same price as this one pack, but I had already purchased this one.

Ive been looking for a smart plug for a while to turn off the light from across the room. This works perfectly as I always have my phone with me.

Works great with google play. 15A rating so the breaker will blow before this does. I have a few and when they act up which they occasionally do they tend to fix themselves in an hour or so.

Works perfectly. Wish it would have been able to dim.

Connected to WIFI easier than the Wyze I returned for not connecting. Adding the plug to home took a few tries. Scheduling didn't want to work until a few hours later. Other than that, seems to be working fine.

I was initially turned on to the C by GE products as a result of some incredible Black Friday deals. One of the combination kits purchased from Best Buy included one of these smart plugs along with (4) smart LED bulbs. Based on the success and ease of integration with home automation technology, more were purchased. All units purchased required a firmware update to resolve errata that existed in the shipped products. You'll want to download the C by GE app and create an account before setting up these devices. Once they're detected, allow the app about a minute or two to recognize that new firmware is available. Application of the update for the smart plug takes about 2-3 minutes to complete. Once that's done, use the integration between C by GE and Google Home or Alexa to add the newly updated device to the zone/room of your choosing. These are sized accordingly that one can be plugged into each of the outlets in a standard two-receptacle plate. The value is good and the operation has been incredibly reliable.

I love this brand Easy set up and very affordable. Got on sale for under $20 and I have the option to have the lights on before I got home. Smart plug is the way to go you can also set times you want whatever to go on. C by GE brand I have purchase for my home.

I purchased this item because we needed to set up our Christmas lights on a timer so that it would turn on and turn off at a certain time. It took a few minutes to set up the devices (I bought several plugs), but it worked well so far. The best part is that the plugs are compatible with Alexa, so there was possible for the Alexa app to connect the plugs and program them as needed.

This was easy to set up and is dependable. We have several smart lightbulbs that have to be reset. Not this smart plug. It has never given us a problem since we got it. I plugged my hillside houses (ceramic houses) into this plug. Now instead of having to have cords everywhere out where I can reach them, the cords go behind the furniture to the hidden plug. Now all I have to do is say, "Google turn on/off hillside" and the lights are on.
