I love this GE Profile microwave! It looks modern and elegant with the stainless steel finish, and it works like a charm. The sensor cooking feature is super convenient—it adjusts time and power automatically so my food comes out just right. Defrosting is quick and even too. Installation was a breeze—literally plug and go! It fits perfectly on my countertop and feels high quality. Definitely worth it!

Replaced a non-working ge profile microwave with this one. Even though the microwave say "countertop", we have ours mounted in the cabinets. Had to make mods to the original mounting hardware, but after adding a few more holes, the microwave fit perfectly.

We purchased this microwave as an open box item, citing it was in excellent condition. The bottom has been banged up pretty good and fairly dented in, as well as the top, thankfully it still works and those damages are not visible. The screening on the front was cut and that damage is visible. After waiting over 3 weeks because the first microwave was lost in delivery we were so desperate to have a microwave we just decided to keep it since it worked.

I have ordered 2 "open box Excellent" microwaves. Last month the first one arrived broken. I was obviously put into the box already broken. All sides were dented in, the door could not open, there were parts rattling around inside (electronic parts). There was missing packing material and no manual. There was tape over all the dents and broken door labeled "inspected by BestBuy". It was obviously taped up before it went in the box. After many hrs on the phone, I was refunded and UPS picked up the broken microwave. I was assured that I could reorder another "open box Excellent" microwave and they would insure that it was not damaged. The second one arrived worse than the first. There was not any packing material, just a broken microwave in a box. This microwave was also put into the box already broken. There are dents inside, the door glass is broken, no manual, rattling parts inside again. After 2 hours on the phone Best Buy tells me that they will not compensate me for the problem because it was "open box". I am asking for a gift cert so I can buy a new microwave to maybe get it delivered unbroken. I can not walk, so can not get to a store to purchase one. Best Buy is obviously sending out their garbage to customers and the company policy is setup to hurt the consumer.

Our microwave that we installed when we built our home 4 years ago broke and we were stuck having to replace it. After multiple attempts we finally found a microwave and trim kit available that fit. This GE model PES7227EL5ES worked perfect with the 30” slate trim kit model number JX7230EL2ES.

We had to replace our built-in microwave and this GE Profile was the only one we understood would fit into the existing opening. The new microwave has less power and takes longer to heat the same items, it also sounds very tinny when opening and closing the door. The inside is also black and not a bright clean cream color. To save the extra reinstall cost we decided to keep it.

My 2nd GE Profile microwave. The first lasted 5 years and I had to completely replace the microwave and trim kit as it was not compatible with any new models. The new microwave has lasted 11 months before having the same control board issue.

The box was damaged, I ordered 3 times first order they canceled the second time they sent a damaged product then they said they would send another one I ended up returning it to the store, 3rd one got a damaged product and added a picture i ended up with using that one because off with out microwave we cant live more than moth

I love this microwave, but sometimes it's smarter than I am. It took me a couple of times to understand when my renovation was going on and somebody was unplugging the microwave that if I already put food insid, then plugged it back in pressed Express 1, it demanded that I put food in the microwave before it would power on. At first I didn't understand the way it presented this demand. "FOOD", it said. Once I opened, then reclosed the microwave door, it worked flawlessly. Thank goodness it's not as complex as my smartphone.

It’s more compact than the one it replaced. But it looks great next to our dark slate GE fridge. We installed the built-in kit ourselves, and it looks great.

Received a damaged product. Microwave door has dent on it. When I contact the support I was told return window is closed. Be careful buying online from BB. Customer service is really bad.
