Great dishwasher., lots of room, easy to operate, easy to clean . It’s great when we have family parties, nobody needs to step away from the fun to stand at the sink to wash dishes

Our old Frigidaire dishwasher finally gave out, and we upgraded to this GE Profile. It's clear that dishwasher technology has come a long way in the last 20 years, because this machine is a huge improvement. Pros: * Perfect for Baby Items: This is the main reason we love it. The third rack is a game-changer for bottle nipples, and the enclosed silverware basket securely holds all the tiny parts. Everything comes out perfectly clean. I've attached photos to show how great the racks are for this. * Excellent Cleaning: The results speak for themselves. Dishes are consistently spotless. Cons: * Long Cycle Times: To quote my wife, "agonizingly long cycles" The cycles are longer than I'm used to, but it's a worthwhile trade-off if cleanness if your number one concern. Installation: I handled the installation myself. It was sort of easy for a novice, but be warned, it did take forever. Still, I was happy to get it done without hiring a professional. Overall: We are thrilled with this purchase. It has made managing the daily deluge of baby bottles so much easier. I'd strongly recommend it. I hope it holds up but if not that's why I bought it from Best Buy with their awesome return policy when you buy the protection plan.

This GE Profile model should be avoided at all cost. The lower spray arm is plastic, not metal. This leads to the potential for the lower spray arm to eventually contact the heating element thusly melting. This doesn’t completely render the dishwasher useless. But what it causes is the water to spray outward rather than upward. As a result, the owner learns that the seal for this dishwasher is not watertight, allowing water to leak out. Reasearch these issues and you’ll find out that this is a common issue with this dishwasher. So, why isn’t the seal watertight and the lower spray arm metal? Most likely, one can only assume, to save the company money. But not all is lost for those who are protected. For those who’ve invested in Best Buy’s Total Tech Membership, you’ll have a 2 years warranty on products like this dishwasher. Speaking personally, the Total Tech Membership has saved me thousands of dollars. And Best Buy’s Customer Service has always been amazingly helpful and wonderful to deal with. Total Tech is a must!

Looks great and has some great features, however could never recommend. Positives: 1. the wash jets under the utensil basket, cup holders (2nd rack), and knife rack in the 3rd rack are great. 2. The 1st and 2nd rack are very larger compared to the 5yr old Bosch we previously had. 3. It’s fairly quiet. Cons: 1. This is the biggest; it doesn’t always clean. Dishes go through a full cycle with steam, and pots and mixing bowls come out with food on them still. We scrape out the dishes before they go in, and usually spray them down. What is the point in having a dishwasher when you have to hand wash dishes coming out? I clean the filter weekly and run dishwasher cleaner through it every 3 weeks. We used cascade platinum tablets originally and then tried Finish Quantum, no change. This is the first dishwasher in over 30 years where I have dirty dishes coming out. And in most cases, the food remaining after the cycle can just be wiped out, it’s not like it’s even baked on! Absolute garbage. 2. Third rack is too small height wise to be useful for much of anything. 3. 2nd shelf is not removable and tines do not fold down on 1st or 2nd shelf. 4. Dishwasher is only a few months old and I noticed a small piece of plastic has chipped off on the top (not even sure how that could have happened, since that part sits under the counter unless the door is open! 5. This is a lesser gripe, but the utensil rack has a tendency of slipping out of its groove often. 6. The interior feels very flimsy and cheap, it doesn’t match the quality appearance of the exterior. I highly regret not buying the Kitchenaid 3-rack over this model; we chose this one over that solely for the free installation offer ($200+ value); we should have spent the additional money and bought the brand we trust.

This dishwasher replaced my previous GE, which lasted 22 years. The new Profile is state of the art with more features than I can possibly use. It cleans old glassware so well they almost look new.

I like the top rack and the utensil holders and the bottle holders. The only negative is the plastic parts. My old dishwasher had mainly stainless steel parts. The tub is steel, but the other parts are mainly plastic. I wasn't happy at first because the trim kit wasn't in the box or the installers didn't give it to me, but GE sent it for free. Also, I am missing 3 bottle holders so I will reach out to someone to get those. The dishwasher was expensive so I want all pieces. I haven't used it yet.

Great dishwasher although the top drawer likes to slide out when there’s weight on it versus staying fixed. Can be annoying but we’ve dealt with it.

Quiet large capacity tub Very quiet dishwasher with a superior cleaning ability. Large capacity with water bottle and silverware jets that are awesome! Multiple cycle choices. Love the third rack for silverware

Had some difficulty installing, but mostly my fault. Though I do find it odd that they have plastic fittings that connect to metal fittings which can lead to some easy damage. Other than that it seems to clean well and isnt too loud. If I had planned on staying in my house longer, id buy a more expensive model, but its decent

Great dishwasher. Replaced our broken dishwasher. Dishes and silverware come out sparkling clean. It is easy to operate. Great feature is the ability to monitor washes by phone app. We are happy with the purchase.

My previous GE Profile dishwasher stopped working after 17 years. This is the reason why I still bought a GE Profile Dishwasher. I love how quiet it is when you run it. It cleans well, you can adjust the "shelf" to accommodate bigger pots. It is just priced right too.

Love, love my dishwasher! It does a very good job with all my dishes, including pots and pans. I couldn’t be happier with this dishwasher! I love the 3rd rack for knives and cooking utensils too. I love the adjustable top rack too.

It is relatively quiet (compared to my last one) and so far has done a good job cleaning the dishes. Drying doesn't seem to be very effective. Lot of space for silverware with the 3rd row and the silverware caddy on bottom row. Not as much space for bigger stuff and less space for taller items due to squeezing in the 3rd row. It's a good dishwasher overall but there are definitely drawbacks to having an extra row for stuff.

We’re glad to hear you’re happy overall with your dishwasher, and particularly appreciate its quiet, quality wash performance. We know any issue with drying or lack of space may be concerning, and we want to help. For a drying issue, you may want to check that the water temperature is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit and consider using a rinse agent. If it may be helpful, troubleshooting tips regarding drying are available on page 23 of the manual; that can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product’s page. Loading tips are also available starting on page 13 of the manual. I have had this about 2 weeks now and i run it every other night or so. Its vey quite and does a great job washing everything. Its also surprisingly good at drying plastic. I love the bottle wash jets. They clean out coffee cups really well. I also really like the 3rd rack jets for the stubborn caked on cooking spoons. I put a glass dish in after making meatloaf and it came out sparkling cleam. I didn't pre wash it, i just scraped out what I could with a papertowel and loaded it in. I do keep the dry boost at normal because i put large plastic Tupperware on the bottom rack. But so far nothing has melted and most things come out dry.

We had the less expensive model of GE dishwasher (it can with our new house) and found it too noisy. We bought this model to replace it and couldn’t be more happy. Runs super quiet and cleans well.

Our new dishwasher is so quiet, you don’t know it’s working. So much quieter than our old dishwasher. Seems to clean the dishes well.

Excellent dishwasher. Drys very well and also cleans stuck on grime very well. The timer is very useful and the sanitation setting removes any odors. Make sure to put plastics up top at high heat settings to prevent melting. No need to rinse dishes before hand. One great feature is the removable utensil rack that allows you to load or unload utensils easily without back discomfort. The autosense feature also takes alot of the thinking required out of the picture. It works perfectly depending on the size of the load and how dirty it is. Real time saver and best dishwasher I have ever owned.
