Perfect Profile Oven

I have just replace my previous double oven with the GE Profile. I love it ! It is very effiecient, has energy saving features and provides a variety of options for cooking.

Service delivery was delayed three weeks. ever week BB will call and push this install by week. installation person was very rude. He came in took the new appliance in garage adn looked at my cabinet adn said it will not work (power box is in the way) when i have it fixed call back to reschedule.

Combination microwave/oven is working great. Sales person was good at the time of sales, but no follow up at all from him or Best Buy.
