Don’t buy this product! GE will not support you in any way when they have a defective product. Thank God we had carbon monoxide alarms or we would be dead. The fire department said that it was putting out the highest levels that they had ever seen! Over 250 ppm! This is a quote from EPA: “Average levels in homes without gas stoves vary from 0.5 to 5 parts per million (ppm). Levels near properly adjusted gas stoves are often 5 to 15 ppm and those near poorly adjusted stoves may be 30 ppm or higher.” GE sent a technician who came out without a CO detector and was totally unprepared and unqualified to do anything. Thank God for Best Buy’s willingness to refund! I hope the next product I buy will be better but I will NEVER purchase a GE product again as long as I live! Buyer beware! It’s literally your life on the line!

GE Profile 6.8 Cu. ft. Double Oven

Purchased this range to match my GE Profile microwave purchased earlier this year. Love the burner arrangement and the size variation of each burner. A great feature is the large center burner and grate to cook pancakes, French toast or grilled sandwiches. I haven't had a chance to use the air fryer feature or convention oven but will look forward to using these options.

Everything I wanted. Only owner for about 2 months so we'll see about longevity. One complaint, purely about ascetic, the burner cover discolored almosy immediately. I also think its strange the moved the broil to the larger big oven.

The upper door didn't close completely flush and was an eye sore when viewed from the side. The knobs are plastic and the control panel feels cheap and not something that should be on a GE Profile branded range. Decided to return and get the more expensive slide -in unit. (PGS960YPFS) That one feels a class above this one in overall looks and build quality, including the nice panel.

I love this stove. I have been wanting to get a gas stove for quite a while. Where we moved to doesn't have an option for gas so we got the propane conversion kit and haven't had any issues. It's great to have a double oven again and I love the flexibility with the center section.

So far 2 weeks in, we love this oven/ stove. Does everything we want and more. Very efficient, quiet and doesn't heat up the whole house.

We are so pleased to hear you are loving your new range. This model allows you to cook multiple dishes at once with 6.7 cubic foot of oven space. The Air-Fry feature is also a plus that allows you to cook healthier, crispier versions of your favorite foods in less time, that doesn't require preheating or any special basket or special tray. Great Product, but not from Best Buy

I am very happy with GE and the product they have designed. However it took 3 months for Best Buy to deliver and even after delivery the item was damaged in multiple places. I have no problems with the product and think it is a great range and especially love the double oven. However the experience I had with Best Buy and their support will likely lead me to never purchase appliances from them again.

LEMON - Do not buy!

First unit fan was broken on delivery, second unit the bottom oven stopped working on day 2. What little time I did have these units in my kitchen I can tell you they are very poorly constructed. Either buy a cheaper unit and plan on replacing it, or a more expensive unit in hopes of keeping it. . . But DO NOT buy this unit. Lastly, Best Buy install a total joke, both times. These are delivery guys, they have no idea how to properly install these units and especially not how to troubleshoot problems

Installation disaster.

I like the appliance, but installation was a real pain. The oven was delivered, the old one (which still worked) was removed, but installation took four days and hours of phone calls. At one point I thought it would take seven days. No cooking appliance for four days.
