I love my GE Kitchen hub.... funny thing for some reason I thought it was a microwave but enjoy it and what is has to offer. Only thing I was not too happy about is that this item is brand new and has some defective parts. Be sure to test all functions when you first get it as I just recently moved into new house and did not have time from when I purchased it to test all functions. Everything works great besides the front facing camera that does not work at all. I tried to swap it out with Best Buy and could not since I owned it for 18 days and these type of items has to be returned within the first 15 days from what I was told. Luckily I did contact GE and since the item does have a manufacture warranty they sent a technician free of charge and he did verify that there was defective parts so he went ahead and ordered them. Besides all that it’s a great item and gets a lot of attention and compliments.

I can't say much more than we love it! All I need now is to finish covering the top with a good exhaust cover.

This smart hub is awsome, only wish it was made by apple lol (apple favoritism) but it functions well and it amazes everyone that comes over!

I bought this cause I thought it was a microwave but it's not....just a way over priced vent hood with a tv that only works part of the time...it's always freezing up ...not happy

My husband and I saw one of these hubs in a Best Buy. We definitely fell in love with it and were even tempted to wait until later this year when the Hub becomes a microwave. First off the installation was fairly easy. There were some inconsistencies with the templates, but we figured it out. The biggest issue we have with this unit is zero ZERO instructions on the technological aspect of the Hub. We had to figure out a lot of things by trial and error. The one thing we cannot figure out is how to add another voice to the acceptable commands. The Hub recognizes mine, but won't recognize my husband. The instructions say you can have up to 6 people programmed vocally to use the Hub - but absolutely no instructions on how. I definitely think GE needs to put in something as far as instructions on how to navigate the Hub once it is installed. Other than that - I love it.

Very high end design, everyone that comes into the kitchen is amazed by the Hub. Only con is that there are some issues with the apps running in android, we lose the ability to login to spotify for sometimes days on end, and the build in GE weather/time app always tells me its 25 F outside no matter what you do.

Great hood. Vents very well. A little loud at high and boost settings but livable. Very bright led lighting. Great for a tech lover who loves to cook

This is a fantastic addition to my new kitchen remodel. I have been looking for a tech update for my kitchen and was thinking about the fridge that has the touchscreen but when I saw this , I just had to have it. It is in the center of my kitchen and can be seen from all areas including the new 8 seat kitchen island. Beautiful. It was not on display on any of the stores near me, however online details convinced me that it is a superb addition. From recipes, to cameras, to calendar to Netflix to monitoring front door connection capability . And forgot to mention that it was on sale and I saved approx $300.

Went to BestBuy just to look around and saw this Range Hood that happens to also be a TV to you can play over your stove. works great, but the only problem was no instructions on how the change the channels.

The hub is a great addition to the kitchen. The screen has a decent quality. The hood sucks the oil and smoke from cooking way better than our old GE under the cabinet microwave, hood fan combo. This makes cooking in the kitchen a lot more enjoyable. Strongly recommend.

Love this item. The instructions are weak though and there is a learning curve. I wish I could turn it on and off with my google ho.e device

I honestly did not think I was gonna love this thing as much as I do. It's the center of the kitchen now and is so fun. Between watching tv, music and video chatting the last thing this is is a range hood fan lol.

This is a great device if you have an in wall or Island microwave and have an open spot over your stove that accommodates a microwave sized appliance. The interface being google is pretty polished and most apps work as intended (we mainly use ring, Facebook messenger for Video calls and the typical steaming services). The espn app seems to be the only one that won’t stream to it for some reason which is a bit annoying. Sound quality is decent and the picture is very good, guests are always intrigued by it when they come over.

So far it works great. Our family is mostly apple products but this is a nice addition to try the Android.

Looks fantastic. Easy to use. Jus like a bug android tablet, too bad it wasn’t a microwave also. That would make it superior. But it’s nice because it seems to gather the family.

Great product overall, cut wait for the unit with the microwave built in. Love the fact that my recipes are available right in my kitchen in an electronic format.
