Can't say enough about Roger and his sales manager at our local store in Webster, Tx. They were very knowledgeable about the ovens we were interested in and helped us to make our final decision on purchasing the GE Profile mode. They also made sure we got every discount we could since this is an expensive oven. BB delivery team was excellent. No damage to the oven or our property. The delivery men were very competent and friendly. I installed the oven myself so have no feedback on the BB contract installers. The install was straight forward with clear instructions. Setup and connection to the internet was no problem. Everything worked out of the box. My wife loves the oven and the new features. She's even found uses for the camera. They look great and we've received a number of compliments. Although I had read online of some complaints, I haven't noticed the pre-heat being any slower than our old JennAir oven. Everything we've cooked has turned out great, including the convection and air fry features. We were also a little concerned with the menu as others had complained about its flexibility but once you've learned how to use it and find the settings you use, it's really easy...even intuitive. Time will tell as to the reliability of the oven, but we are very satisfied at this point with our purchase and the entire BB experience.

My wife and I needed this double oven due to large family gatherings, and GE delivered. Were both very pleased with the reputation of GE appliances overall, plus appreciate all the additional features that were included at this competitive price point. The design and craftsmanship enhanced our homes value too.

Bought the oven March 2025. From the beginning it would restart itself and will not reapond. Stops occasionally, all of a sudden temperature drops, very annoying while baking ....Touch screen wont respond... Not resistant to touch stains. This is an example why not to buy "Made in the U.S" product , zero in customer service, zero in reliability, zero in product quality ... Worth pay a little more and buy a European product with better quality. Not recommend!!!

I guess the oven preheats to desired temperature as we have had no problems with baking. But there are other annoying problems with this expensive oven. I am talking about the display. The LED display should totally be redesigned. One problem is when you set the timer on the oven the timer disappears to the right lower corner of the display and you can't even read it unless you are at the oven. When you are baking the time of day indication totally disappears also; all you have is the preheat temp. The display in big enough were the software engineers could make it more user friendly. There are many more of these type problems, but I won't get into them. I am just finding it annoying compared to my old JennAir oven, which the user interface was more friendly. Also it seems like GE wants you to make use of the app...they seem to be forcing you to use it. For example you cannot turn on the upper or lower oven light unless you turn both of them on. If you want to turn on an individual oven you have to use the app. So if you hit the oven light button on the stove, both oven lights come on. I have noticed also that the touch screen on the display is not sensitive enough. Sometimes I have to continuously keep "pressing" the button before the button will recognize my finger touch. I know all of these "problems" might seem small, but the user interface is extremely important to me and this GE Oven model just doesn't do it for me.

Wall oven looks great and has great features. The door switch on the oven failed on day 2 and was repaired under warranty by GE. Best Buy service was awful! The app connectivity is a good idea but poorly executed. Connecting the oven to my home wifi was easy.

I thoroughly enjoy the features that come with this oven. Especially the in-oven camera, which absolutely blew me away. I, at first, didn’t believe it was possible, until I tested it for myself. I also like how it communicates via Bluetooth info including: when preheat is complete, when cook time has been achieved and oven has been turned off, and when timer goes off. It really keeps you informed regardless of your location. You’re also able to control every aspect of the oven using the app on your phone. I really like it.
Beautiful sleek looking appliance. Didn’t realize doors are slow close- nice feature. Wish both top and bottom ovens had camera capability. Only the top oven has the camera.

The ovens work well except the clock. The clock changes time one hour to eastern standard time no matter if you reset it. I still have not got GE to come and fix it as they say they are booked up until February 18.

Please know that this is not the ownership experience we strive for. If you have not done so already, we recommend you disconnect the power or flip the breaker for 2 to 3 minutes as this will often times reset the electronics. I received this oven and it was dead on arrival. I was forced to work with a GE certified technician to resolve the issues and I am still working on it over 3 weeks after it arrived. Will end up being without an oven for a minimum of a month when it is all said and done. When the over was turned on it said it failed to complete a software update and didn’t give any options from that point forward. BestBuy said they could replace the unit but it wouldn’t be delivered for over four months. GE tried to replace parts to fix it but was not successful. What a terrible experience and product.

Went into Best Buy with a lot of questions about the double oven. I talked to Thomas, he was so helpful, answered every one of my questions. He was very patient and didn’t rush me. Sorry can’t rate this item yet, I haven’t received it yet.

Really decent oven IF you don’t care about the Wi-Fi connected feature. There’s TONS of postings online about how impossibly hard it is to get connected. For me it wasn’t a deal breaker but if that’s critical for you, stay way clear. GE makes it way harder (cloud based discovery) to connect than it should be.
