Questions & Answers

  • will there be a physical collecters edition?

Yes. However, it is not available anywhere except through the Xbox Game Studios Gear Shop, and is in-demand. Make haste, should you wish to purchase the console version and its Steelbook there. You will also get a lot more extras and a thank-you letter for purchasing the collector's edition personally, regardless of platform.

  • Does this have a campaign mode

Yes. This game has a campaign mode that is set to be 14 hours long (Yes, really.), can be playable in drop-in/drop-out co-operative play (2 players locally, 4-players on Xbox Live/Xbox Network via Game Pass subscriptions), as well as single-player. The game will delve into many secrets that have been speculated about prior to it, such as how the Lancer came to be, the COG's response to the Locust invasion, and other details within the story.

  • I the full game on the disc? I don't want a download code I want a physical product.

Technically, yes. The game is on the disc, rather thoroughly. However, you will still need to install it, as the files must be copied onto the system storage (or Seagate Expansion Card, if not both). This applies to both owning the game and playing it through Game Pass.

  • will this get a steelbook??

Here? No. However, there is a separate Collector's Edition, which has its own Steelbook, but it will not be available at most retailers.

  • I waited 7 years for this game just for Best Buy to ruin the experience by not providing me my Exfil Dom pre order skin. Apparently, a lot of people are having this issue and Best Buy can’t figure out how to send an email with the code. Nice job Best Buy
