It's a mixed bag for this purchase. I jumped on this purchase for the unbelievable deal it was. A 14" MacBook Pro with 16GB RAM, 10 core CPU, and 1TB SSD! When it arrived, it was in perfect condition. No scratches or other signs of use. The charger was not the 67 Watt charger that came with the 14" but a 61 Watt charger (the kind that comes with the 13" MBP). No big deal. But when I started and set up the MacBook, it was clear it was not the 1TB MKGQ3LL/A of the description or box, but a 512GB 8 core MKGP3LL/A. I was disappointed, because I had a use in mind for the larger SSD. When I called customer service, they said they couldn't give a price adjustment nor replace it as there were none available. I am still in the return period, it is an excellent machine, and it was a good deal (not quite as good as if it were the faster one with bigger storage, but still good nonetheless). But I am still disappointed that it was not the described device I wanted to purchase. So full stars for the quality of the device, and 2 deducted for the error in listing and inability to give any sort of adjustment for the error.

I was a bit skeptical buying this MacBook considering a large number of reviews weren't very found with the product they received, either because they got the wrong specs, had significant wear, or other issues. But considering the deal this was, I trusted my gut and purchased in, and so far this seems to have been a great deal! I got the specifications that was listed, there is very minor wear and tear with only a small scratch on the top, some scuffs around the rim, and a bit of wear on the bottom, but it is so minor that they really can only be seen when the lighting is right. The computer is very fast and responsive, and the display is absolutely stunning! The battery capacity is at 84% with about 350 Charge Cycles which isn't too bad and lasts long regardless. The only thing that really bothers me is a dead pixel on the display which really hurts to see. Although I'm glad to know that it's only apparent in bright backgrounds it sucks to see that it's there regardless. And also, the space bar came out kinda scuffed too, with it feeling really squishy and odd to click on. Other than those two issues though, this product has been great functionality wise and if you're looking to buy a new MacBook, you won't be disappointed!

I had my eyes on this item for a long time & jumped on it the very moment it was available & it went to “sold out” shortly after my purchase so I’d assumed it was just this one that I got. I was a little worried since there was a lot of customers that started either incorrect spec (lower core) OR heavy wear (scratches & dents). When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised when I examined & only found 1 scratch & 1 small dent on top cover next to each other which could have happened at the same time; everything else on th body was flawless! Had a bit of a difficulty setting up since the native setting was in Sweden so I had to do translator app to push me through & eventually switched to English later. Overall everything works like new with 336 battery cycles so I’m very happy!

My main complaint is they sent the wrong color. I was expecting Space Grey and they sent Silver. I called customer service and they said the only thing to do was return it. They also didn’t send it with an original Apple charger or cable. Otherwise, it came in pretty good condition with the exception of a few light scratches on the top cover. Screen looks perfect and battery only had 2 charge cycles on it (probably new).

Amazing machine, got basically a nearly new machine with ~ 50 battery cycles for the price listed. Able to handle complex tasks with a beautiful screen and a great amount of processing power. Only issue was that it did not come with the correct charger, but GeekSquad was able to get that fixed up for me!

First MacOS system I've owned. Incredible battery and screen, this is probably better than a new macbook air-- The screen is a little bigger than those. Also, has good number of ports. Went with the darker color.

Great computer for the price. Everything works well and smoothly, but the lid on the computer doesn't close all the way.

I seen a lot of reviews on here saying that the device they got wasn’t correct or became damaged. Well that wasn’t the case for me. My device was absolutely perfect. No dings. No scratches. Came with one terabyte like specified in the M1 pro 10 core configuration. Battery health at 91! Very happy with purchase 10 out of 10 experience!!!

Contrary to some reviews, I recieved the correct item and was impressed by the condition, its almost flawless. The charge cycles are pretty high, but not even close to being a problem. As a nice bonus, my machine still has apple care+ on it for a year.

I was skeptical based on the bad reviews for this but I received the same specs as the listing with no visible scratches and the only indication of wear being the keyboard wear that macbooks get. 96% battery capacity and 8 tb written very happy :-)

First time I bought this, I received a M2 MacBook Pro 13" laptop, which obviously is completely different to what I had purchased, Returned that one and repurchased, this time actually getting what I was supposed to receive. The laptop is in pretty good cosmetic condition, slight wear around the left USB-C port. However quite a number of the keyboard keys are shiny, making it apparent it was used quite a bit. I also lucked out on my unit having AppleCare+ until the end of the year, so that was a nice bonus. Overall, I am extremely pleased with what I received and would recommend giving this a try!

My unit came in a protective bubble sleeve with an OEM charging cable and power adapter. Upon opening the box, I noticed some light cosmetic damage to three of the four corners of the MacBook. The keyboard was also clearly used a lot, but was still fully functional. Setting it up was a breeze, just like any other Apple product. Once I got it entirely set up, I noticed that the unit still had AppleCare+ left over from the original owner, so I decided to file an AppleCare+ claim at my local Geek Squad Precinct. I was charged $100 (and applicable taxes) and they sent my unit to Geek Squad City, where they replaced the top case. The only remaining damage on the unit now is a small scratch on the outside of the screen. So, all in for around $1200, it is a great machine. The M1 Pro MacBook Pro is so powerful, even with the M3 MacBook line already released and selling strong. Please use caution when purchasing these Geek Squad Refurbished MacBooks, as they might not be completely cosmetically flawless, but they will still function perfectly fine. The regular price of $1000 is an absolute bargain for this 14” M1 Pro MacBook Pro.

I took a chance on a refurbished 14” MacBook Pro m1 pro and it totally paid off! Yes, it has a tiny dent and a couple of scratches, but honestly, you barely notice them. The laptop itself works flawlessly super fast, plenty of storage, and it handles everything I throw at it without breaking a sweat. Battery life is amazing too. It feels just as powerful as a brand-new MacBook but at a much better price. If you don’t mind a few minor marks, this is hands-down one of the smartest buys you can make!

Happy with this product, it's fast and only had small chips and scratch on the body, screen is amazing. The only possible con is that battery was near 80%, but it last long enough. For the price is totally worth it

Received the Geek Squad refurbished macbook pro in excellent condition. The macbook came with the listed specs. The battery was at 86%, but I expected that for a macbook that's a few years old. Luckily it came with applecare+ valid for a few more months.

Stay away, absolute nightmare experience with Best Buy. If you don't need to return the laptop it might be fine for the price, but if you are thinking of returning it stay away. I have now wasted several hours trying to get this laptop returned via mail (we do not have a Best Buy in our area). Best Buy supplied me with a UPS Ground label to return the item. I went to drop the laptop off at UPS and UPS informed me that I need a UPS Air label to ship the laptop since it contains hazardous materials. I double checked with online customer support at UPS and they reaffirmed that this is correct, a UPS Air label is required. I contacted Best Buy to tell them that UPS will not accept the package because it is a UPS Ground label and Best Buy insists that the label will work. I tell them I have contacted and talked to multiple sources at UPS and they all said that it needs to be an Air label. Best Buy then tells me to return it in the nearest store, but we do not have a store in our area. They then suggest to schedule a pickup. The following day the UPS driver arrives to pickup the laptop and he says you need to contact Best Buy to get a UPS Air label before he can take it. I contact Best Buy once again, and have to explain this entire situation all over. They tell me that UPS Ground is the only label they provide and that the label should work. I ask to get put through to a supervisor. The supervisor finally tells me that Best Buy will handle the situation, and for me to go to UPS order a UPS Air label and return the laptop, and Best Buy will refund the cost of the Air label. I purhcased the UPS Air label and returned the laptop but customer support at Best Buy is now saying that they do not refund shipping labels bought by the customer. I am absolutely fed up with Best Buy, absolutely horrendous customer support and I am now out an extra $120 on a $1000 laptop.

I found this laptop for decent price, i was worried About battery life, but it had just 40 cycles and 100 Battery health. Few little scratches on the body, but nothing big.

I was browsing through the refurbished section and stumbled upon this refurbished Mac book pro for $1000. I took a chance and ordered it and to my surprise I hit the jackpot. Laptop was either a trade in or a floor model but either way it was in excellent condition. It had some small imperfections but overall I would give it a 8.5 out of 10 in appearance. Everything worked and it only had 123 battery cycles. For the price that I paid for this MacBook it was a steal!!!

Came exactly as described. The sticker said it was the smaller hard drive but after looking at the “about this Mac” it showed the 1TB. Apple charger came with it as well and around 90% battery life
