This Nintendo switch is the perfect gift for anyone. The system is nice and the quality of the view screen resolution is amazing. The Zelda printed design make the console collectible.

Refurbished OLED Switch came & I was a little worried about it (was a Xmas gift) working properly. After charging it up I put it through the paces & everything worked great. Wasn't a scratch to be seen, device was in excellent condition. Controllers both worked proper & no stick drift issues. Box had some rough corners, but that was it. Glad I got the refurb & saved a few bucks! Plus kiddo is ecstatic, thanks Best Buy!

This Zelda print switch is gorgeous to look at I love it with its OLed screen it’s bigger than the original switch. Great graphics and play

I am extremely happy with my Geek Squad Certified refurbished Nintendo Switch OLED model. I purchased the Legend of Zelda Tears if the Kingdom special edition console . I cannot believe it is refurbished! The console is in excellent condition. The joysticks on the joycon controllers have very good tension. There were minor dings on the actual box but that was it. It appears and functions just like a brand new console. I was so happy I put ny faith in Geek Squad. This was a fantastic value. You will not be dissapointed!

Showed up a day earlier than it said, looks brand new. Works flawlessly. Would recommend purchasing this instead of spending the almost $400 after tax for brand new one.

expecting to find the switch with the zelda edition, i received the basic white oled version

I recently picked up the Nintendo Switch OLED Console in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition from Best Buy, and I have to say, it's been a surprisingly great experience. Despite my usual skepticism with refurbished items, this Geek Squad Certified Switch has really impressed me. The console arrived in great shape, and the Geek Squad certification gave me peace of mind about its performance. The OLED display is fantastic, and the special edition Zelda design in green looks sharp. It's clear that Best Buy and Geek Squad put effort into making these refurbished units top-notch. In terms of performance, the Switch is working smoothly. No issues or glitches—I'm getting the gaming experience I was hoping for. The Joy-Con controllers are responsive, and overall, it feels like a new device. The value here is hard to beat. I got a high-quality gaming console with a cool design, all at a much lower cost. This purchase has definitely changed my perspective on refurbished electronics. Best Buy and Geek Squad earned some points with me. If you're considering a refurbished item, I'd say give it a shot. I'm giving it five stars without any complaints!

This is really a 4.5 and not 4. However, half points are not allowed. This was a pretty great purchasing experience. I did have to return the first system that was sent because of some cosmetic damage. There was no issue doing the return. Additionally, the Best Buy reps I spoke to were very helpful, both online and in store. The second system I received had zero blemishes and really, if I did not know I had bought a refurbished item, would be convinced was brand new. The system is working as it should and I'm overall very happy with it.

System works perfectly and is honestly prettier than I was expecting from pictures even. Haven't had a single bug with it since it arrived, and I've spent a few weeks playing regularly. It theoretically might have a couple of joystick error moments, but it's just as likely to be my inexperience as I try to figure out the controls (and one time I didn't get them all the way on...oops). Definitely had to add my own micro SD though; Nintendo's built-in storage is not nearly enough.

One of the best looking nintendo switches yet. Great performance, great quality, like how it looks. This is one of the best consoles devices that everyone needs to own. Despite the low storage capacity, this device allows for the installation of a sd card for more memory and more game play of your favorites games.

I replaced my old Nintendo for this piece of art and you can tell the difference right away. Screen it's bigger, Battery last longer, Oled display and the kickstand actually works. If you can upgrade to this one do it

I received a blemish-free, working product. Its just like a brand new Switch at a big discount! Also love the Zelda special edition look. If you're on the fence whether to buy the open box or a new in box unit, do yourself a favor and save the $60 and go with the open box!

As expected, all items were like new. There was minor wear on the backside but is negligible. Everything works as expected. This limited edition was a must have and saving a substantial amount off the retail price was a huge bonus. It doesn’t hurt that the manufacturers warranty remained intact. The only negative issue is that it isn’t eligible for protection plan. I was happy to get the original box; although, it was a bit battered and worn. This did not affect the product inside. I’ve wanted an OLED since they came out and the Legend of Zelda edition is a huge bonus. The art work on the console, dock, and joy cons are stunning. The larger screen makes a big difference when playing off the tele. If you’re worried about buying Geek Squad refurbished items; don’t be! I am very satisfied with the product!

Practically new. I did receive a defective left joycon, but I submitted free warranty repair directly with Nintendo and got it back within 2 weeks.

Works like if I bought it brand new. I use it daily great batter and screen clarity

Omg this consle its very cool and awesome and the OLED makes it perfect.

The console looks practically brand new but it did come a little dusty. I was lucky enough to purchase it in store, and was able to confirm that it came with all the original parts and that it was in good condition. Please make sure to test it before the return window. Note: it doesn't come with the game.

Awesome OLED! Beats the other older models, must try to believe it.
