We bought a printer from Best Buy in August and had one of our grandsons install it. The printer gave us lots of issues and I spent a great of time on the phone with the Geek Squad during that time. They were so helpful and would get it going again. Finally, I returned it for another printer of the same model. This time I had a Geek Squad person come to the house to install it. I am sure that the grandson could have done it, but I was taking no chances this time. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I consider this a must-have service for me.

Technician was respectable, knowledgeable, and courteous. Had little booties that he immediately put on his feet when he saw my living room was carpeted. I was really impressed by that. He set up all of my equipment and didn't need my help in doing so. He answered all of my questions regarding my getting used to my computer, printer, and speakers. I was a little apprehensive of paying that much for a home set up with add-ons, but was pleased with the results I received.

I had taken my computer to the Geek Squad in store desk to fix a problem with my apple computer running slow. After three attempts at the store, the problem still persisted The Geek squad manager at the store authorized a Geek Squad on-site specialist to come to my home to address the problem. The specialist was able to run some analysis and determined what was causing the problem. He then took steps to fix the software issue and it worked. Problem solved!

Bought the Geek Squad support as a part of the 3 year warranty on my new HP desktop. I've had them come to the house twice and used them on-line twice. Both methods were very good experiences. The on-line group can dial into my PC and complete analysis without me boxing the PC up and taking it to them. Plus they are a good support service for general PC issues. They do chat as well as actual live voice call center. I'd do this again.

Without question the single "best buy" (yep, intended) I've made this year!!!! A member has been to my home twice now, spending almost an hour each time... Only $49 per trip. Compare that to rates for your handy appliance repairman or electrician.....finally, everything synchs and works together like it should! And if I forget something, it's just a phone call to refresh....so satisfying!

Tony was personable and knowledgeable. He went through a series of steps to get our Windows 10 desktop to print. The steps were logical and he kept me informed as he proceeded. Unfortunately the computer needed to be wiped and returned to "new." I took the computer to the store and the Geek Squad fixed our problem in a shorter time than expected.

Because I am so technically challenged, I have been very pleased with my 2 year GSP 24/7 In-Home. Although my computer is dated by professional standards, the Geeks are always knowledgeable, informative and professional. My contract expires in January 2019 but, it is my plan to renew for another 2 years. Thank you for the excellent service.

I have used the Geek Squad a number of times for in home set up of WiFi integration, computer set up, smart TV configuration, etc. and have always experienced professional high quality service---well trained, fast work, and willing to answer all questions. Geek Squad is one of the best things about Best Buy. I know they will always provide excellent service.

I am not sure what we would do without our in-house Tech expert. Sean has been so kind and patient with my elderly relative, who has been affected by a stroke and has dementia. Thank you for your help in giving him the ability to communicate with friends and family outside the nursing home.

I thought for sure either my printer or my laptop was toast but it only took a few minutes for Eric to diagnose and fix my problem. And unlike my techie grandkids, he took the time to make sure I understood what he did and why. I love my grandkids but I'm sticking with the Geek Squad for computer problems.

Gustavo Zepeda showed up when he said he would, hooked up my PC, printer, monitor, hard disk and migrated all of my files. He was efficient, answered questions and communicated very clearly. He had suggestions for improved response times and made the appointment a great experience.

Because I am a senior, non-techie person, I need to know that there is help available when I mess up my computer system. Geek Squad has been most helpful in both setting up my system and cleaning up my computer so it runs well. Having them available relieves my anxiety greatly.

Can't go wrong with the Geek Squad. I called in to request a home repair technician but, in speaking with the rep I was told what I needed done could be done remotely. Lo and behold, a Geek Squad Tech logged on remotely and did, in fact, fix my problem. Love this ability.

Geek Squad Representatives came to my home at the time they told me on the phone. They took about 20 minutes to hook everything up (I have a 400-count DVD round table) and showed me how to flip back and forth from TV to DVD player. Great job. They never disappoint me.

I have 5 desktop computers that were not recognizing each other on my wired network. Geek Squad was able to identify the issue in Windows and repair the problem. The service pack that I had made the repair affordable. Thank you for the great service.

Came to the house to service my PC's. Install and mount TV. Perfectly done to your needs. Warranty on their work is the best, nothing to lose, except your investment if you do it your self.

Having purchased this product was the best purchase ever. All I do is make a call, tell them what my concern is about our computer and they work on it and if unable to will send a person to our home to repair or take to the store. Great!!!!!

My Geek was terrific. He set up my printer with WiFi and told me my printer ink would be automatic when the cartridge became half empty. The color ink only produced 16 copies and I was totally OUT of the color cartridge. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received the new ink - and am not happy that the color ink doesn't last more than 16 pages! It's not the Geek's fault, but he should know about the minimal capacity of the ink cartridge on this printer!
