The original listing had this watch listed as a Series 9. I bought it but was sent a Series 7. I thought Best Buy just made a mistake so I returned it and repurchased it again. But again, Best Buy sent a Series 7 watch. A couple weeks later, I see this listing is now updated to reflect that it is a Series 7. Even my order history shows a completely different watch than what I originally purchased. See photos of my actual order confirmation email and what Best Buy's site now says, trying to hide their mistake. Also, both watches I received had issues. Cosmetically, they had scratches and dents. One watch included an OEM charger and used band and the other included an off-brand charger but a new band. Both watches also had dirt in the crown, speaker, and edges and were not clean, contrary to Best Buy's "certified refurb" standards.

I picked this watch and I am so pleased with it! It carries all the technology that I need. From the health apps and the cellular capabilities that allows you to make calls without you phone is just amazing! Also great for tracking you in the gym!

Battery Life was only 70% which I understand being refurbished but that make it die too fast

Bought a refurbished watch to replace the exact same one that I had. The refurbished watch arrived perfect! I could not find any flaw in the appearance or how the watch works. My other watch gave up the ghost and the refurbished watch is well worth the money. Hopefully it will last as long as the other one did.

Item arrive within a week and it’s practically new. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
