The refurbished Apple Watch Series 9 from Best Buy is great. My first one occasionally dropped my heart rate while exercising and the chat agent recommend that I swap it out. The replacement one seems to have longer battery life and works well. Both of them were clean and included the charging cables and the second one included both the long and the short bands. Definitely worthwhile getting refurb to save $300 and as usual, the Best Buy support is excellent!

The watch arrived fast and looks and works like new. Battery will last all day with no problem. Everything seems to be working good so far.

I actually bought two of this. Physically they were very good. Screens were not scratch and the body had minimum (very small) marks. However, it was very weird that on one of them the battery was at 99%, and the other one at 88%, which I did not love. On the other hand, charges provided were old usb A, even thought this model is supposed to come with the usb c fast charging.

So happy with this purchase, no scratches, no ding, like brand new and half the cost. With the savings bought an arsenal of watch bands and covers, new watch everyday to match ensemble.

The description of the watch is very misleading. I bought the watch because it said it had the blood oxygen on it, but what they don’t tell you is that is disabled due to the dispute Apple currently has so it doesn’t actually work. They should put that in somewhere before you buy the watch because what good is putting that in the caption when the feature doesn’t work. Very disappointing

I bought this as a replacement after losing my previous watch on vacation. I was a little nervous about it being refurbished, but it works perfectly with no issues at all. It’s lightweight, which is a big plus since I’m small and don’t like bulky, heavy watches. I can comfortably wear it all day without any discomfort. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a refurbished smart watch. I figured it would look a little beat up but it looks great! Practically brand new. I bought this because I wanted the updated services like sleep apnea and high blood pressure. I haven't had any issues with it. Works well. Battery life is pretty good but I haven't found an Apple Watch yet that has amazing battery life. No issues. I think this is a good alternative when you don't want to by a brand new watch and just want to test out if the Apple Watch is right for you.

Although the Apple Watch did not come in the original retail box, but rather in a regular replacement box, it arrived in perfect condition. All the accessories were included and everything was in excellent condition as well. I’ve been using it for three weeks now, and honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I could have made. The watch works perfectly, looks great, and has exceeded my expectations. I also really appreciate the three free months of Apple Fitness+ that came with it — a great bonus! Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I (Christine) purchased this watch for my husband, who was concerned about sleep apnea. This Apple Watch gives so much detail and insight into his health, now I want one for myself! This watch confirmed what we expected and now he wears a specialized mouth piece for sleep apnea. We know it's working because his breathing interruptions have completely stopped!

I am very happy with my Apple Watch. I have gone through countless steps to try and find the ideal one and when it came to this Apple Watch and purchasing it used through Best Buy this was the best experience I could have gotten. I purchased a used Apple Watch from Amazon and it was just a little laggy so when I got this one I have no complaints.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. It looked like new. No scratches and was really easy to set up. I really liked the size of it as well. I previously had a 3 series and this was a 9 series. I can see the screen a heck of alot better . I would definately recommend going this route if you wanna save some money. I actually bought another one for my daughter in -law and it was awesome too!

Came as advertised. Looks brand new. Battery health was at 98% when purchased. Very satisfied.
