The watch came in like new condition (excellent condition); however, the watch band came damaged and it was an aftermarket band, it wasn’t the Original apple watch band (Not the band shown on the picture). I contacted BB customer service but they didn't’ replace thE band, I had to purchase one on amazon. At least the watch itself was in good condition, but be ready to receive aftermarket accessories (band and/or charger).

So far the watch is working great for me. The band was not the original band as seen in the picture but it's close enough and it works fine.

Best Buy terrible service I bought a certified refurbished Apple Watch Ultra it came with the band broken they didn’t want to replace it they were rude.

The watch looks like brand new, the battery health is 99%, the charger was not Apple authentic, but the band was original Apple
